It's a bit risky, I'll give you that. Quirky and unusual. A 13-player game with only two scum in it and town masons is something which is a little on the townsided spectrum, but literally any change I could propose would throw the whole setup out of whack--additionally, while I would call this game a little townsided, I wouldn't call it horrendously townsided. It's certainly unusual so it's hard to get an exact metric, but I'd say in the range of ~57% townsided.

...The cutoff point being 60%, though. Means you should be good.

There is no graylist. As for modified roles, that's above my paygrade; it's an implosion question.

Yeah I think public declarations of aspects of the setup are in general fine.

It could affect balance considerations, in theory, but as long as the reviewers have no issue (which it sounds like they don't) it's fine.

I believe the answer is yes, but I'm not positive.

It is allowed, but I believe the masons should also have daychat.
You could also change goon to encryptor if you want, since that's equivalent to giving daytalk to scum but not masons except that they'll flip encryptor.

Encryptor could be better. Balance some of the lean. Ya I'll do that.

Doesn't make a significant balance impact, and what effect it does have gives scum some little extra (when they are the faction at a slight disadvantage). So, should be fine, yes; the goon->Encryptor has my approval.
