Unless you have a result 100%, then you claim it being a no result. You don't have to claim who you tracked but you need to claim if you got a result or if you got no result/did not visit anyone. Not doing so is scummy.

They have no reason to lie, even as scum. If they say they did visit and you're lynched as town, they are confirmed scum. Which isn't a good trade off.
