1) It's opportunistic.
2) If he has one vote, it's not a lynch.
3) The intent itself is not scummy. There is no reason why scum would do it over a town player. Scum could be doing it for reasons of opportunity while town could be frustrated. On the other hand, there is only scummy reasons for trying to stop a policy lynch on a player that you, yourself, have not stated an alignment on. As a reference, here's what you said about Mylo:
