Is Butcher supposed to be harder than Tectus?

My guild 1-shotted normal Butcher, but was still wiping after 3-4 tries on Tectus.

Butcher is more gear-oriented (there are mechanics, but it's largely a healing check), and Tectus is more skill-oriented. My first try at Butcher on normal, we wiped at 60,000 health left.

Also, I don't think I've been here before so hi. I play Alliance on Uldaman/Ravencrest but also have level 90+ alts on Alliance Stormrage and Horde Darkspear.

Yeah, only reason I play alliance is because the friend I played with at first was alliance, and then when I realm transferred to play with other friends, they were alliance too. We did faction change for two months or so, but we all got bored and changed back.

I do have the hordie on Darkspear, but I don't play him much because I'm occupied withmy main.

I did, but they all died really quickly after I joined them. Nostalrius died because they’re (perhaps) working with Blizzard, Kronos decided to ban the entire country of China due to gold selling, Elysium staff was endorsing and protecting gold sellers, and stealing donations. I’ll wait for WoW classic.

My one horde is on Darkspear

My alliance characters are on Uldaman which seems to connect to Turalyon when the servers get quiet but that's only for old world content more than an expansion old.

Already did on another Alliance toon, sorry I'm probably gonna level my horde character very quickly after my alliance one this expansion though because the leveling is completely different.

I used my boost on a rogue - I was between Pally, Rogue, and Warlock and rogue was the most tedious to level.

I have nothing to do with my life from launch until 3pm tomorrow, so I’m gonna be going straight to 120 (servers permitting), if anyone else is doing the same give me a shout.

I think I regret staying up, but I have about ten days total to play the expansion so it gives me a jumpstart on all the non-leveling stuff.

Anybody playing classic? I’m gonna start up horde on Thunderfury in about a week after finals end, but I’d be more than down to play a second character elsewhere (preferably a PvE server please) at the same time.
