I play tekken 7. san diego has a pretty big teen community actually. It's please good. I'm still thinking about grabbing i2 or mvc. I'm probably way better at i2 though cause I suck at Capcom games.

I've never played the anime games, so I'm not really the target audience for a ps3 looking reused asset game. Also I don't watch RWBY. Only Anima games I'd be interested in are GG and DBFZ. Do we count KoF as anine? It's anime af to me but it's not like...traditionally an anine game. But I'm Hella interested in KoF if I had fellow noobs to play with/be accountable towards getting better with

And MvCI still looks better than anyone will admit cause everyone is so proud that they killed marvel.

I am too...I've been grinding SF tho and I've gotten a lot better. This is my first real like "I'm going to get good" SF experience and it's been a grind. I played a little bit of MvC2 and I was ok at MKX. I just wish more games had robust online ranking systems that actually had people in them and that most of these fighting games like UNIST or any SNK game didn't have the unadvertised caveat of "you're gonna need to find people in your skill level on discord in order to play online"

Yo, does anyone on this site have any interest in playing a non-smash fighting game? Steam sale is soon and I'm willing to play whatever anyone is interested in. I just want to have a group of people and play something. I'll buy any game I don't currently own that y'all are playing/interested in(aside from smash cause it's switch only and I don't have a switch) on PC/PS4. Lately, I've been playing Tekken and SamSho 2019. I also own Sam Sho 5 special, Street Fighter 5, Soul Calibur 6, DOA6 core fighters, KOF98, Killer Instinct, Marvel Infinite, and a few older games on twitch that I can't seem to see right now cause twitch library is freaking out and saying I have nothing. I think a Fatal Fury game and Last Blade and SamSho2. But yeah, I'll buy anything I don't have anyway so just hit me up if you want to play some fighting games.

Sam Sho seems like it wouldn't be your thing? It's very neutral heavy and focused on turn pokes into damage and counter hit stuff. I dig it because it's not really a game you have to lab too much but the online seems entirely dead, mostly because delay based net code + outdated ui/matchmaking system. I really enjoy the game a lot tho and wish I got to play it more.
