Before we vote obviously we need to hear from SS and just in case a fascist policy is passed we need to know who mallow would pick as president with the power.

So in effect we are not only voting for his choice of chancellor but also who he will pick as special president. Because the decision is solely his and we won't be able to influence it later.

I'm having a hard time believing that the last 2 governments had 3 fascist policies each. I'm inclined to be skeptical of either BuJ or SS since they could have pocketed a liberal policy easily.

I am more likely to believe that at least one of the FFF draws is lying, which would make it Bu or SS faking an investigation on someone

Pretty sure we played LLFF so far.

It's an about 6% chance of 6 Fascist policies in a row after the first two turns, assuming everyone was honest, so pretty unlikely.

Also, BuJaber's post seems to me like he expects a Fascist policy, given that there should be three out of five Liberals left in the pile it probably means he expects at least two more were secretly buried. He himself accounts for one, so that would mean there's at least one more Fascist among the other presidents so far.

And Reck is the obvious choice for chancellor.

Yeah Reck does seem to be liberal and our first government went so well I am considering just doing Reck.

My votes from now on will go to Reck, N_M, nsg, and myself. If I'm forced to, I will also consider BuJ. I can't see any lib-players in the rest, so every government involving any of them gets a nein from me. With any luck, we won't get to BuJ-inspi-S_S-mallow presidencies a second time, which would be annoying.

My point was made simply to slow mallow down until we discuss the potential outcomes. If he chooses quickly people may vote on that pairing alone when we also need to vote for the possible outcome of a chosen instead of elected president. Fascists can turn losing games around with this power and they aren't even losing now they're even.

Plus assuming we pick a likely liberal for chancellor the only way we're getting a fascist policy is if the president gets 3 fascist policies 3 times in a row And THAT is literally impossible given that everyone claimed they discarded a fascist policy. Because of this if the next policy is fascist we know for sure that mallow or his chancellor are fascist.

Here's the thing, if you didn't bury a Liberal it's practically impossible for the situation to even come up, so the fact that you were even thinking about it indicates to me that you did indeed bury a Liberal.

I'm more confident that Reck is town than anyone else.
I think NM is town too, but less sure of that than Reck. So pick NM now and Reck later on when we want someone we trust more than anyone.
