I have NOT been having the same luck with quest rogue as the rest of the 99% hs players lol. its actually pretty funny.

I crafted this the first day of un'gora's opening. played the quest right away but it wld not stack my minions in the quest no matter how many I played. I played swashburglar a trillion times and it STILL wldn't change from zero. I thought "wth am I doing wrong" asked somebody and they said use bounce cards, which is what I was doing and then I realized that it was buggy so made some noises and then uninstalled then reinstalled the game. then I got the new flashy skin for rogue but the place where it was supposed to be showed up as a black spot and it was clearly missing the skin. resolved that when hs closed for technical reasons. played it again and then quickly realised jade golem did not count lol.

THEN the rogue quest card wld only count the first minion I played. I went to the hs forums and read all of these OMG QUEST ROGUE IS SO OPED ITS UNFAIR threads and was like okay this is a bug so I uninstalled and then reinstalled. fixed.

and now my card draws suck. lol, I am not completing the quest in t4 like every1 else and their mothers are. whenever I try to play it my rank plummets so fast that I do not see the ground until my face hits it.

I wish I had the same experiences as these hordes of other pple!

it is my favourite class.

BUT. hunter is now fun again despite me not having call of the wild. I wish I wld have crafted warrior's quest instead.

elise the trailblazer tho makes it feel like xmas every time I draw it and I get my un'gora pack pretty quickly. I love that it is neutral.

I think in all I had 73 packs? all the free 1s and 70 from gold I had farmed and I bought a 3 pack,

I got thrall, jaina, rotface and blood-queen lana'thel. I seemed to have got an unusual amount epics, most of them duplicates and that combined with the dust I already had I crafted the lich king.

it takes me forever to be able to tweak a consistent winneable deck, I am just not the best at deck building. but I am having a lot of fun tho.

the solo adventures are a nice f2p addition and a way to earn more free decks.

It shows in my results. I average almost 2 more wins with hunter than any other class.

I have noticed this in the arena and in the tavern. hunter, while it doesn't have the power cards necessarily you can still load it up with some key 5 cost cards along with early cost cards controlling.

I do still feel at the mercy of rng lol, with every other class except for shaman rn. some1 gave me a shaman list that rocketed my play into a new ranking tier (probably considered low with the players here, I am nowhere as good as other players lol) but it was progress considering how long I have been stuck at the same rank.

I still need to work on my drafts for the arena. I am just not that great. I HAVE improved since I started opting for tempo instead of endgame control. it probs shld be obvs but I had some early success with it and just sort oof stuck with it I guess.

shaman is by far my fave class rn.

aaaaaand after only recently acquiring patches I think I way underestimated its value cos it is hard to wrap my head around how an early charge can effext the game so much but apparently it does.

excited about the xpansion but won't be able to invest as much as I have in the prvs 1s.

Derailing from Arena topic, I've been playing Evolve shaman lately and decided that I can't stand drawing Bloodlust. Every so often I can draw it and just win the game but I find a majority of my games that I just get pissed off having it in my hand. It isn't helpful to have the card if I can't establish a board presence and usually if I have that presence then I'm already in a winning position.

Am I wrong in thinking Bloodlust isn't necessary?

what does your deck look like? mine was recommended by another player and it has been consistently reliable. it varies a bit from the metabomb evolve deck but I really like it. bloodlust is pretty synergetic so I try to work a swarm of low cost cards.

since I started prioritizing low cost cards I have a creeping crawl towards a sustainable win run but eh, I don't get the dazzle cards which are fun to play with. ty for the advice.

I hate the end of the meta "3 wins you get a legendary!"

I am a bit at a loss with what to do with the new expansion. the recipe decks are bona fide shit and it is gonna be a while before the play of the new expansion sets in so *struggle*

this is of course I suck at drafting decks

I love the dungeon runs! much more fun than the frost king solos.

Did get C'Thun and already had stowaways so I put together a pretty decent but not amazing C'Thun rogue and got from Silver 4 to Plat 10 with it (though I did have bonus stars all the way through). I'm trying out a mage C'Thun deck now that I suspect is slightly worse but is a lot more interactive and fun to play, tho tbh I might just stick to Duels for the most part now that I hit Plat b/c Duels are great and standard much less so.
I am a little irked that the new hero powers/treasures for Duels need a certain amount of epics from a given set for some of them since it means you probably have to go out of your way to craft them JUST for that, but the standard hero powers are generally good enough that I'm happy to roll with them for now (though the starting priest and warlock treasures are kinda disappointing)

I love the Duels so much.
