I've been doing some looking at this issue for reasons of I'm hoping to run a game fairly soon.

Forumotion has a hard cap of 200 PMs in a user's box as far as I can tell which is clearly a dealbreaker. Too bad, it seemed promising.
I'm interested in NDIM but I feel like I'd probably have to make a skin myself and I wouldn't know where to start with that.
Same goes for Tapatalk, can't find much in the way of premade assistance there.
So I guess Proboards is leading by default but I haven't looked into it enough to find out what is horribly wrong with it yet.

I've been waist deep in zeta's support forum and other places and let me tell you if this could be changed it would be. everyone, including ZB's entire staff, loathes this immensely

anyway it looks like CSS editing for tapatalk is going to be horrible and barely exist so i'm giving up on that platform as utter garbage

It does, unfortunately, attach accounts with the same email together, which just means I'm gonna have to make a lot of gmail accounts.

Does anyone know if Proboards has permission masks?
They do. It's a little weird intuitively, you have to make each user their own group, but it seems to function.

In post 29, zoraster wrote:how many emails can be forwarded to one account? It may make sense to have a set of mod emails that forward to one game mod email address. Set up 30 or so emails that forward to one and then verify from there?
I don't quite understand the question but this might be relevant: all your accounts under one email are forced onto the same password, so if you can log into one you can log into any of them

It turns out Yahoo has a feature that lets you make a bunch of disposable email accounts that feed into one inbox, it's saving me quite a bit of time. That and google seems to have wised up to using temporary mobile numbers to spam account creation.
