Well, since I believe playing as Town is mostly about creating content, I consider NM's playstyle to be very Anti-Town.

Why is that slip more likely to come from scum than town

Because mafia is the one that needs to make up a narrative and thus ultimately might contradict themselves.
Town players are generally straight forward in their approach and have their mentality set thus contradicting themselves less.

i think this is a pretty shallow read given that quick has produced content, at least relative to what content is available in the game thus far, despite him saying he doesn't want to. his initial contradiction is more likely out of stubbornness in maintaining his PL stance rather than out of faking stances

and ircher, this cannot be the first time you see someone wanting to PL NM. that's kind of a bad reason to scumread quick

I've no better reads at the time so he's got my vote so far

Inconsistencies AKA contradictions are not Scummy. I know this because I have been accused of making them a lot as Town. Look at the motive for the contradiction because a contradiction itself isn't Scummy.

I disagree and I also explained why in my previous posts, this is really going nowhere lets move on to greater bigger things

fwiw I'm scumreading him for more or less the same reasons. he's posted a fair bit but I'm not feeling a scumhunting vibe from him; it feels like he's more busy arguing around scumhunting and coming off as "correct" rather than offering like.... insight

This is absolutely correct and I wont deny it, my internet ego comes first and winning games on the internet second.
It's been mentioned sometime above that I seem not to "reconsider" my scumread on Quick which is quite odd because I did exclaim that my read on him is NOT THAT STRONG and that given a sufficient enough alternative I will gladly read into it and change my vote.
Alas I have not found a strong enough alternative so far thus my vote has stayed, alright?
