Agreed. I would likely be on the Structural Neutral, Ingredient Rebel side otherwise. And I feel like the Structural Rebel, Ingredient Purist position is indefensible. I'd be interested to see the equivalent "Pizza Alignment Chart." Is a Pizza Sub pizza? Is a dessert pizza pizza? Is a twelve-inch pancake smeared with vanilla cream and topped with fruit and whipped cream a pizza? These are the things that keep me up at night.
