I don't see how B solves the problem, but I'll admit I don't really know BROseidon, so presumably there's some reference I'm missing. Between C and F, C seems like an ideal Elon Musk solution (not specific enough that it shows awareness of the issue, but also seems like it could solve a lot of different issues), and F strikes me as just a weird joke/"let's throw Elon off the trail!"/sideways reference sort of solution.
