Newbie mod here

I’ve done lots of modding IRL and in a Facebook group I play with but never done any forum based stuff and modding is one of my favourite parts of the game so I’m looking to get in on the action (hence my username)

Also what are the rules in terms of mods and stuff and being allowed to mod? Like I saw somewhere about having to been on the site for a certain amount of time but I see that Korina has only been on the site since Feb and their first game was in March
