1) They thought they were strong prs
2) they thought they'd never get lynched
3) They were scumreading the right people
4) they were townreading someone scum wanted lynched

like so many answers to why scum killed X we don't know the answer and we're not gonna know the answer.

Here it’s more just coming to a conclusion, as once you have an idea you’re likely to stick to it until other evidence is presented, at which point you’ll reconsider

Normally when people use NKA it leads to someone saying player A saying player B would gain most from that death and then player B can argue they wouldn't kill them etc. This can be talked about post game because mostly it's just making empty noise at the moment.

But I didn’t expect it. But the most shocking part is that there’s at least 3 town desperadoes in this game. Yeah, NKA tells you a lot, you just need to know what to look for. Like in Hourglass, scum targeted the pool of gunsmiths, that wasn’t accidental.
