RCE I explained why I voted you. I sent see SS being scum here so it was a nudge to cut it out. I think it's easier for scum *cough BNL* to hide behind discard reasoning rather than scumhunt traditionally. As the cards that were offered to each player are completely random we should consider them NAI in and of themselves. I'd understand if they were used along with other reasoning but saying x is scum for a discard is pretty naive at best.

Just because he wasn't voting me doesn't mean he didn't still think I was scum. His initial push stuck in my head as scummy so that's what I brought up about my read on him.

I've been working under the premise that scum are likely to use the discard as an out to scumhunting (once I understood their distribution was completely random). It's a factor into why I'm scumreading those 3 players in particular. Lane/vax for hiding behind the OP scum discard - which makes sense but doesn't excuse their ISO being pretty shallow. RCE for over justification of their votes and using faulty discard logic - iirc he doesn't know why anyone would discard a 3p role. And BNL had a similar vibe to RCE in general.

I'm not feeling this game. I am town, I'm just finding it hard to figure out how to sort people in this set-up. It also doesn't help that we have a few lynchbaity slots in play so I've largely avoided sorting Carca and Invis. I guess it could be seen as reactionary because I haven't seen much that could be considered AI apart from that which I have commented on. Otherwise I'm only really trying not to get lynched because I hate being so useless I get mislynched, particularly when the ratio of town:3p:scum is unknown. But then I guess it's not the end of world so eh I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't defend myself.

I don't consider them the same. Some 3p players can win with the town and some can't. Like I'd consider an SKesque role scum but like a post streamer can be fine to work with. So I guess it depends on the way people interpret 3p roles.

Is SS always going to be in your towncircle on the premise he would never choose scum? Now knowing that alignment choices were not always one of each alignment. And very well could have been a choice between scum/scum/3p. We have no way of knowing for sure but it's worth considering I would think.

SS is pretty solid just based on his dislike of scum roles. I wouldn't say he's as towny as the top tier but I always scumread him even when I know he's probably town because we just have such different styles. So I guess hes in the probs town.
