does anyone else play these games? if we get enough people, we could start a clan, but i have the feeling there aren't to many people on site who play.
if you want to play with other users, just put your username and if you use PC, Xbox/PS4, switch, and if you play on D1/2/3
I played 3 on PC for almost a year when it first came out. I'd maybe consider installing it again if I had a regular group of friends/scummers to play with.
Except most of my spare gaming time goes to PUBG right now, which I'm really enjoying (even though I'm not that great at it).
So idk. I might be willing to give it a shot. But I wouldn't count on playing a ton, or in the long term.

i have to say the skill system seems a bit...odd
The active skills are just completely "do whatever you want", while the passives are "choose between these 1200+ skills and don't make any mistakes cause theyre permenant". Is this so the casual gamer is happy just fuffing around trying out all the things, while the hardcore min maxers are pleased with the fact that they can sit down and plan out all 120 something passive point placements?
So I've gotten through Act 1 of PoE, playing a summoning Templar
I feel super overpowered. I (and my zombies) kill everything in one hit. I never use mana pots. And although my life bulb was empty two or three times, I didn't die.
The gear also feels weird. I just keep looking for socket combinations and completely ignoring item stats, which just feels wrong.
Passive tree is kinda fun though, but it feels a bit like stat point allocation in Diablo. Yeah it fundamentally matters to your character, but it seems difficult to do completely wrong.
I think it was planned after the panned reception of Diablo Immortal, but I do think it was forced earlier than they may have normally wanted it in the product cycle.
So tried playing a new league Path of Exile to see what its like
Metamorph is pretty cool, though it further increases my compulsion for full clears.
Don't know if thats good or bad
though with the new system, I feel like I'm swimming in unique items, since you can select organs that are gauranteed uniques quite frequently
at least as compared to previous play
Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
