Egix's post 559 sounds like someone who decided before he started typing that he was going to vote clemency. Like rather than an honest evaluation of clemency's play it feels like justification so he can place the vote if that makes sense. I don't like it.

I do feel like Egix was reaching a little with that post but eh... Considering what Clemency's given us to work with, it's hard to tell either way.

If 7+ want an extension I'll grant one. But it seems rather pointless to me. Either we keep it as is so night phase ends before thanksgiving, or we extend it pretty much until just before thanksgiving which seems pretty long for day 1, but then we can extend night for a day also and start day 2 fresh and holiday-free.

That makes deadline on Sunday around noon Easterm which is after Thanksgiving in the US. We'll have lower posting levels for about the next 2-3 days, while the deadline is 4.5 days.
I think it would actually hurt to make the deadline sooner.

OTOH if we got a lynch soon enough for night deadline to be before around 4pm on Friday Eastern (UTC-5) which is around midnight UTC+3, there might need to be an extension on night.

Making the deadline later would not help much because it's already after... maybe a day at the most if the activity drop is longer than I'm guessing.
I'd recommend going by activity, if you see a bunch of people going 2 days without posting then consider pushing out a day.

Oh no no don't get me wrong, I still think Clem could be scum. If it had been a "complete 180" then wouldn't I have unvoted him?
Thing is, it's just natural for me to go "oh wait that was a joke?" when I take something seriously at first and then someone says "I was joking".
But yes, now that you mention it, it could well have been cover.

I brought up the point against you and didn't vote until my next post after gammas vote and encouraged others to hop on.
