It's probably a bit early given that we don't know who's playing what country yet.
It'll be interesting how the Family Game Night format will affect Diplomacy, because it doesn't really matter if you eliminate someone through a master-stroke of betrayal if they then just pick you for the duel.
@mallow The elimination rules are a bit unclear. It notes the top 3 have immunity, but also that only the people with 0 centres can be chosen for the elimination, which would mean effectively everyone who has at least 1 centre is immune.
Wouldn't it be reasonable to assume that unless someone notes otherwise their list will be the same every time? (and the opposite of their normal list if they're playing)

That leaves...
1. Qwixx
2. Killer VS Inspector
3. Santorini
Original Roll String: 1d3 (STATIC)
1 3-Sided Dice: (1) = 1
I think you lost my veto somewhere (I think it should have been Killer vs Inspector). And that you forgot Codenames as a game.

Shop in MemeVashVille to the right of the shop that's already there
Tavern in InspirMemeTropolis to the left of the other tavern (with you putting your tavern to the left of that again Insp?)
left-left would fill the entire row, which would make future placements less flexible. I think going left-bottom would be better.
@Meme, it's probably best to cover off one of the houses in case we end up getting more factories. Maybe the left one as it leaves more room to place a possible 3rd park?
Office right of the beer tavern in Inspirerandomville.
Factory above music tavern in Inspirememeville

Insp - I think the best play here is Factory on the top row and House in the bottom left corner?
Leaves an opening for a Park next round and means we can take one more factory if there is one without it neutralising a house.
Depends on what you're passing me, if I get an office next turn it would be better in the corner for the bonus. If I don't but do get a park then bottom left is probably best.
Actually it's inconsistent, the written rules say you're not allowed to make a bid with lower values, even with more dice but the video rules say you can.
Edit: From the comments in the video it appears that it's indeed wrong on this point and Vash's bid (and random's last round) was invalid.
Edit2: We could just continue and pretend we were playing Liar's Dice instead of Perudo all along?

i have a physical version of perudo that says vash's bid was fine
There's different versions of the game under different names, the version I'm familiar with also says it's fine, however the written rules mallow gave say it's not.
