The problem I'm having with this game is that it's hard to not WIFOM every post unless we get a solid scumslip right now.

Perhaps most of the players are OK with a possible mislynch because they are more excited about getting into Phase II of the game. I think that might be turning some people away from actively scum hunting.

I kinda feel his disappearance from the thread after all this pressure works against him in this case because town!him should know that early wagons are generally for pressure and will probably be temporary. In this setup scum have A LOT more to lose being thrust into the spotlight so early in the way SirCakez has so I imagine his general “this is unfair” attitude is more likely to come from scum.

There’s another reason too but he promised to post today so I want to see that before mentioning it.

I'm eager to see what that reason is.

I think the wagon was built on a mixture of RVS and simple bandwagoning. I think we have better propects to lynch, like CES.

if the logic is "hes playing badly because he can afford to" then i would have to think he either just completely doesnt care if he wins or loses or his partner must be in a really good position.

latter logic requires a theory about who is in a good position that would be his partner.

Don't forget that we had some pretty uneventful pages/days in real time which may seem like pure fluff to you. Most of it is fluff but at times there was very little activity and from the lack of activity my patience on the CES vote just went out. Now, if things come to light and CES becomes a viable wagon/lynch then I will most likely be jumping on it.

Even though your catch-up post doesn't do me any favors, I do appreciate it and I think it will finally get this game going and hopefully all D1 lynch options will be explored.

Too many lurkers and there's not enough else out there for me to put my vote on any other wagon right now. I don't know if we get anything before the lock tonight, hopefully after the break everyone is more engaged and we can finally lynch someone. We still have several days but the deadline is approaching.

I thought about maybe proposing a no lynch because it might be easier then getting people to agree on a lurker to lynch but I think we need all the information we can get from any flip before Phase 2 so screw that.
