Considering I thought I made this clear I'll state it here.
The town wins when the red and blue mafia goon are lynched.
The red/blue mafia goon win when they're the last one alive.
In the case the blue/red mafia goon are the last 2 alive the game ends in a draw

I literally forgot about this and assumed the game was a prisoner's dilemma of the two scum not cross shooting each other because that means town wins, or something dumb like that, and was fully prepared to treat this game like a living meme
