The Vigilante in that allows for the town role itself. BOONus Rounds or factional abilities, especially because I have our information, the Mafia could get the ability to Vig, while not being a Vigilante.

Extravaganza is the only reason that would be acceptable as the Unique Mechanic section was checked yes.
