In the scum game I read, he seemed a bit calmer, a bit more collected, whereas here he seems a bit more random and spontaneously aggressive. So he just seems tonally different. But I haven't really looked at his meta beyond that. Also, he posted a lot more as scum (150+ posts in 2 day phases as scum vs. ~100 posts in 4 day dayphases here). As scum he had more presence. So tone + activity both suggest difference from scumplay.

I mean, maybe. But not really. We already have two mechanical semi-clears and we wanted to lynch in {NSG, Nico} anyway. So {Same alignment} would have given us two guilties over one (although not 'confirmed guilty'), so the risk of getting {unaligned} and having to do some sorting seemed fine if we were wrong on one of the two. In retrospect, we might have played suboptimally, but I can't say I'm 100% sure I would actually have done it differently even now

So I left this vague on purpose to test you, don’t feel too good about your response. Now the FULL question: why didn’t you consider checking Fire/Adelbert and an unknown? I’d rather use that power as straight up alignment cop if I had the chance.
About NSG: apparently she is in town as town? Problem is, no one has ever told me anything beyond that so I have little to work with on the meta front. I might try to see if I can’t get to a reliable read rate on NSG by myself.

I didnt really analyze anything, I just stated that the thought of "town cannot have three protectives" -might potentially be wrong-, since all three roles aren't unconditional protection.

If it's suboptimal since we didn't parity investigate a confirmed town vs an unknown, well, we didn't think of that. We thought what would make sense most , at the time of n4 so we did what we thought best.

Nah, parity cop should always check two slots in the PoE pool unless it's the day before LYLO. Your choice was fine. Personally, I would have gone for more lurker-y people than NSG and NR (Wheme and GE/Ari, probably) but not targeting conftown wasn't a mistake.

I’m the damn loud babysitter. My flavor is Norman from Pokémon RSE, which I crumbed a few times
I targeted Kuroi n1 because he was inno’d by mastina but if I died I dont think I would have caused him to die
I targeted Jingle n2 because I felt like he was shady and I think there was something else that made him a good target imo
Targeted firebringer n3 for the same reason, plus I voted him in the event so I wanted to follow through there
Targeted Nico n4 because I felt like the connection to mastina was worth pressing. And yeah I’m aware I forgot about this, I have a private PT and my actions are split between there and PMs so I ended up confusing myself.
Targeted Creature n5 because I was considering targeting MEME MEN, didn’t want to so I wouldn’t give away my identity, and decided to target the other investigative to possibly see what was up there. I think this was probably a bad plan for that night’s actions but I stand by the rest

I'm not RC but I want to offer my insight on this - if the hider is simply hider (normal hider), then it's just going to hide behind the target.

If the target gets targeted, they both die.

If hider is targeted, just the hider dies.

From what I understood from my skim catchup, aris is a normal hider? Yet he hid behind us , and that's not optimal play because what if we were nked, then he would've died too. So, that's fishy on aris.
I also find it suspect that jingle sent pizza to aris on n5 and aris said he never got it. One of them is scum.
