@Dunstral : The newbie game i joined has started as well, and in that one its stated in the first post that mafia can day talk. Since thats how it works in a newbie game, i am guessing that is the rule of thumb on this site? I checked this game's first post after your question and nothing says that mafia can day talk though.

@YellowSnow: I dont find either to be particularly townie, but i guess wagoning is scummier in my book. But this is indeed a pretty active game and some players havent said much, and i would like to hear from them. So far i like my vote where it is, that can easily change.

@Dunnstral: Yes i messed up indeed. I looked back on the initial post after your question, and missed line "4.scum can day talk." And talked about an ongoing game, which is not the best behavior and i do apologize for that.
