ALSO WOULDNT IT MAKE MORE SENSE FOR THE GENTLEMEN TO HAVE THE COIN!?
No, it follows the marriage system of the older days where the father of the bride gives some property with his daughter. It was a business transaction more than anything else in the past!

Indeed it was!

The groom took the daughter off the father's hands to care for, the father then, in return, threw a lavish party. That's also why tradition is that the bride's family pays for the wedding.

We are the sixth ranked race of the exceed, far superior to you. You may think of me as an angel, or a demon, per your preference. If you betray me, I will smite you.
Are humans the seventh ranked?

I have not played this before, but I believe that we should probably come together and decide who is the scummiest gentleman first, that gentleman will be eliminated by not having a dance partner. After that, I am going to be learning whilst doing.

So far, my only read is Slaxx as a townlean.

I believe that would be playing against your win condition. However, you are also saying that he's lolconfident in a scum/scum situation, so, this would not be analogous unless you are both scum, I believe.

I am fairly confident that the worst has attempted to throw off a read by firebringer using what is referred to as a chainsaw method. Instead of defending his play, he has attacked his accuser's play. I still do not believe that a scum v. scum can be analogous where a 1v1 is involved with you.

Yeah that's fine

Throwaway comments like the one you made to slaxx just then kinda murky out ability to read you without actually adding any benefit. It's kinda like those arguments like "I haven't done anything AI so far, how dare you scumread me" if that makes sense

If you're a hidden alt please don't tease with meta
If you insist. I will simply laugh at the jokes on my own.

Elements of this are probably fairly reasonable but literally the last time I saw him as scum he came out the gates swinging at a scumbuddy to manipulate the gamestate into a massive annoying 1v1

It was a scum motivated behaviour

he's actually pretending to have reasoning here but I don't think his reasoning is consistent with reality which is not directly analogous but I think it's very worth mentioning

Do you think it's fair to suggest that I've been posting the way he claimed and I'm scum because of it?
If my memory serves correctly, you are fairly prone to fluff posting early on.

However, I would like to see this prior game to pass judgment for myself. Could you direct me to it?

In post 197, the worst wrote:Can you talk me through why you felt FireB's points against me as town were valid then? don't feel the need to wallpost just elaborate a little.
Let me begin by saying that I do not understand, when one gentleman could be ejected by not having a partner, why you would accept without information.

Furthermore, I am not positive I had the same feelings of genuine attempts to suss out who is and is not scum based upon your previous posts between the fluff. Whilst I have seen both your scum and town games, your town games have a different tone where you are relaxed but pretty early on show some thought into gamesolving, when you are scum, you have tended to go for many fluff posts with no explained analysis, simply providing reads. Therefore, while you are fairly fluff post heavy as both scum and town, someone else needed to engage you other than firebringer for me to see whether this was town or scum levels of fluff posting. Seeing as how I can only control my own actions, I decided to interject any way I could to see if you would engage so I could develop my personal day 1 read of you.

Nah fam. I’ve only been back three months or so.

My last game before that was like... 2013 or 2012 or something.
Then I must withdraw my previous joking reference. I remember a dog in 2018. I am bad with names, not so much with images.

Now I must get back to deposition reading!
