Not really. I don't like the way you've worded this defense here. If you had an actual scumread on someone on your wagon, I would expect you to call that out more specifically. Instead, it feels as if you're simply using the inherent statistical unlikelihood of an all town wagon as a way to fearmonger people off of your wagon.
