With that, Charles and Vash's city is worth the least points. Charles, because your city with Jumble is worth less than Vash's city with Meme, you become the Duel Candidate. You will have 24 hours to select a non-immune player to duel.

How to play:

How this specific challenge will work:

This game's goal is to get your love letter to the Princess while foiling your opponent's plans to get their letter there. For this specific duel, the player who does this successfully three times first is the winner.

Gameplay:

Each round 3 random cards will be set aside face up. They will not be used that round. Each player will be dealt 1 card. On your turn you will draw a card and choose one of your two cards to play. Each card has a special ability with it:

1-Guard (5): When you play the guard you may name a number other than 1. If your opponent has that card in their hand your opponent loses the round.

2-Priest (2): When you play the priest you may look at your opponent's hand.

3-Baron (2): When you play the baron you and your opponent compare hands. Whoever has the lower number loses the round. If there is a tie nothing happens.

4-Handmaid (2): When you play the Handmaid you are immune to the effects of your opponent's cards until the start of your next turn.

5-Prince (2): When you play the Prince your opponent must discard their card and draw a new one.

6-King (1): When you play the King trade your hand with your opponent.

7-Countess (1): If you ever have the Countess and either the King or the Prince in your hand, you must discard the Countess. You do not have to reveal the other card in your hand. You may discard the Countess even if you do not have a royal family member in your hand just to mess with your opponent.

8-Princess (1): If you discard the Princess you are eliminated from the round.

You win the round immediately if you eliminate your opponent.

At the end of a round if neither player have not been knocked out and the deck is empty, players compare their remaining hand card. Whoever has the higher card wins the round. In the event of a tie both players receive a win for the round.


Game Over:

The game ends when one player has won 3 times. The other player will be eliminated from the game.

What does the number in parenthesis mean? Are there 5 Countesses and 5 Princesses in the deck?


There should only be 1, I fixed the typo thanks! The parenthesis is how many are in the deck total yes.

A rule I missed earlier that doesn't have any impact currently:

"A round ends if the deck is empty at the end of a player’s turn. The royal residence closes for the evening, the person
closest to the Princess delivers the love letter, and Princess Annette retires to her chambers to read it. All players still
in the round reveal their hands. The player with the highest number in their hand wins the round. In case of a tie,
players add the numbers on the cards in their discard pile. The highest total wins. If there is still a tie, then all tied
players are considered to have won the round."

How this specific challenge will work:

The goal of the game is to be the last one with dice. Everyone will start with 3 dice. Each round those everyone will roll their dice without revealing what they have rolled to the other players. The starting player will state a bid. The bid will be how many they think of one number there might be. For example, they might say "I believe there are at least two 3's." The next player can either challenge that player or raise the bid.

If they challenge the player everyone's dice are revealed. All the 3's are counted as well as 1's. 1's are wild in this game and can be any number.

If they do not challenge the player they can instead raise the bid. They may do this by either increasing the number that was bid or the quantity that was bid or both. So if Susie is up next and she wants to raise the bid she may say "I believe there are at least two 4's" or "I believe there are at least 4 3's" or even "I believe there are at least four 5's".
OPTIONALLY a player may choose to bid 1's. If you want to bid ones you must bid at least half the quantity of the previous bid. So in our example if someone said "I believe there are at least two 3's" you must bid at least one 1. Or if the previous bid were five 3's they must bid at least three 1's (the bid is half the quantity rounded up so 5/2 = 2.5 rounded up is 3). If a player ever wants to switch from bidding 1's they must double the quantity currently bid and add plus 1 (so if it were three 1's you would have to bid at least seven of a number).
Someone may only switch to bid 1's once per round.

After a bid is challenged all dice are raveled and if the challenging player was correct the player who made the bid will lose a die. If the challenging player was incorrect then the challenging player loses a die.

Note: we will not be playing with the 'Palafico' rules

Game Over:

The game will end after only one player has dice remaining. They will earn Immunity and an advantage going into the next Round Table. The first player to lose their dice will enter the Duel and choose another non-immune player to battle them.

CaptainMeme since you won the previous Round Table you have earned an advantage. You start the game with 4 dice instead of 3.

Actually it's inconsistent, the written rules say you're not allowed to make a bid with lower values, even with more dice but the video rules say you can.

Edit: From the comments in the video it appears that it's indeed wrong on this point and Vash's bid (and random's last round) was invalid.

Edit2: We could just continue and pretend we were playing Liar's Dice instead of Perudo all along?


Yes, we're going to do you can lower the number bid but never the quantity. Something must always increase with each bid though

How to play:

How this specific challenge will work:

In this game one of you will be the Killer and the other will be tracking down the Killer as the Inspector. The first turn will be slightly different than the rest, but afterwards all turns are the same. Killer will go first.

The Killer will draw one card face down from the Evidence Deck. This is their secret identity. They lose if this person is arrested.

The Inspector draws 4 cards.

Killer's First Turn: On the first turn, the Killer must perform a KILL ACTION. To do this, they choose one of the suspect cards on the board adjacent to their own secret identity.

Inspector's First Turn: The Inspector must now select one of the 4 cards from his hand to be his secret identity. He loses if this person is killed. All other cards remain in his hand as 'evidence cards'.

Later Turns - Killer: The Killer can perform 3 actions on his turn:
-Shift: move everyone in a row or column 1 space. If a character goes "off the grid" they swap to the opposite side to fill in the hole (so if the position in a row were shifted 1-2-3-4 left, the new row would be 2-3-4-1)
-Kill: kill an adjacent suspect
-Disguise: draw a card from the Evidence Deck. If that character is still in play that person becomes your new identity and your old identity is discarded and killed. If the drawn character is already dead, discard the card and end your turn

Later Turns - Inspector: The Inspector can perform the following 3 actions on their turn:
-Shift: move everyone in a row or column 1 space. If a character goes "off the grid" they swap to the opposite side to fill in the hole (so if the position in a row were shifted 1-2-3-4 left, the new row would be 2-3-4-1)
-Arrest: choose an adjacent suspect (or your own character if you want to throw the killer off) and ask if they are that person. If they are, the Inspector wins. If not the turn ends
-Exonerate: Inspector draws a card from the Evidence Deck and then discards a card from his hand face-up beside the board.

Other Rules:

If the Evidence Deck becomes exhausted players can no longer Disguise or Exonerate.

If an entire row or column of suspects are deceased, that row or column is removed and the board shrinks.

A row or column cannot be shifted back to the way the board on your opponents turn (so you cannot undo their shift action)

Game Over:

Killer Victory- Kill 16 characters OR Kill the Inspector

Inspector Victory- Arrest the Killer

How this specific challenge will work:

The goal of the game is to be the last monster standing OR to be the first one to earn 20 points. Each player starts the game with 10 HP and 0 points.

On your Turn:

You will go through the following phases...

1. ROLL DICEOn your turn you can roll dice up to three times. You may stop rolling at any time. On your first roll you will roll all 6 dice. For your second roll you may choose to re-roll any of the die results you don't like. For your final roll again you may choose to re-roll any of the 6 dice you have rolled. After you finish these three rolls or decide to stop you continue to the resolving dice step.


2. RESOLVE DICEYou can resolve your dice in any order but MUST resolve all of them. The following are what each number on the die correlates to:

>>VICTORY POINTS-If you roll three-of-a-kind of 1,2, or 3 gain as many VP as the number. Each additional die rolled with the same face earns you 1 extra VP (for example if you rolled 4 2's you would earn 2 VP for the three twos plus 1 VP for the fourth two you rolled)[

>>ENERGY-Gain 1 ENERGY for each ENERGY rolled. These are stored and can be spent later.

>>SMASH-Monsters that are not in the same location as you lose 1HP for each SMASH rolled.
>>>If you are in Tokyo and roll a SMASH, all monsters outside of Tokyo lose 1HP
>>>If you are outside of Tokyo and roll a SMASH, the Monster in Tokyo loses HP and can choose to Yield and leave Tokyo.

Each SMASH results in the loss of 1HP. If you lose all your HP you are eliminated.

>>HEAL-If you are outside of Tokyo you heal 1HP for each HEAL rolled. If you are in Tokyo you cannot regain health. Monsters cannot gain HP above 10.



3. ENTER TOKYOIf no one is in Tokyo, you must enter and place your Monster in Tokyo. You can only Yield when you lose HP from a SMASH rolled by a Monster.

EFFECTS OF TOKYO...
-You gain 1VP for entering Tokyo.
-You gain 2VP if you are in Tokyo at the start of your turn.
-Monsters in Tokyo cannot heal from rolling heals but can regain HP from Power Cards.
-You may leave Tokyo after being damaged from a SMASH.


4. BUY POWER CARDSYou may buy 1 or more of the three face-up cards. To buy a Power card, spend as much ENERGY as the cost indicated. Bought cards are replaced immediately and you may purchase whatever new card is revealed.

You may also spend 2 energy to remove all current cards and replace them with new cards.

5. END OF TURNCertain Power card effects happen at the end of your turn. Once you're done play proceeds to the next player.


Game Over:

The game ends when a player has reached 20VP OR if they are the last Monster remaining. This player is the winner and will receive Immunity AND an Advantage going into the final Round Table.

If all players are alive the player with the least VP at the end of the game is the Duel Candidate. If only one player is dead, they will be the Duel Candidate. If multiple players are dead the player with the least VP will be the Duel Candidate.

Randomidget, since you won the last Round Table you will get an advantage in this game. You will start the game with a random power card costing 3 or less...

How to play:

How this specific challenge will work:

The goal of the game is to have the most points after two rounds. Each player will start the round with 8 cards in their hand. You will be playing cards in front of you in ascending order. Investment Cards will let you double, triple, or quadruple your earnings. But beware, starting an expedition costs points and may end up costing you more than you earn!

On your Turn:

Each player starts with 8 cards in hand. On your turn you will PLAY a card and DRAW a card in that order.

You can play a card in two ways:
-Lay it down on an expedition (it must be higher than any other previously played expedition cards of that color. Investment Cards can only be played if there are no other non-Investment expedition cards previously played there)
-Discard it on the matching discard pile

Laying a card on an expedition:

Laying a card must be done in ascending order but do not need to be consecutive (so if I have a yellow 4 down I can play any other yellow that is higher than a yellow 4, but not the yellow 3 or 2 or any yellow investment cards)

Drawing a Card:

After you play a card you must draw another one. This can be from the main deck OR from any discard pile you did not discard a card to this turn (so you cannot pick up the card you just discarded)

Investment Cards:

Investment cards must be laid before an expedition is started. They will double, triple, or quadruple your earnings depending on if you have 1/2/3 Investment cards played down.

End of Game and Scoring:

A round will end when a player draws the last card of the deck.

Each expedition with at least 1 card costs 20 points. This cost is subtracted from the total value of cards on that expedition. The total is then multiplied by the investment cards on the expedition.

If the expedition has at least 8 cards on it, a bonus of 20 points (not multiplied) is awarded.

SCORES CAN BE NEGATIVE SO BE CAREFUL WHEN DECIDING TO START AN EXPEDITION!!!

Example:

A player plays 2 Yellow Investment cards, followed by a yellow 5,9,10. The total value of the cards is 24. The expedition costs 20 so that leaves them with 4. You then multiply by the investment cards (which since there are 2, the score is tripled) leaving the player with 12 points for the yellow expedition.

A player plays 1 Pink Investment card but no other cards. The total value of the cards is 0. The expedition costs 20 so that leaves them with -20 points. You then multiply by 2 because there was 1 investment card. Their score for the Pink expedition is -40 points.

A player plays no cards for a green expedition. They do not lose any points or gain any points.

Deck content:

In each color there are:
ONE card for each value between 2-10
THREE Investment cards

After 2 Rounds the game will end. The player who has the lower score will be eliminated from the game.

Random, since you are the challenger you will decide the starting player for the first round. The other player will start the 2nd round.
