Hey guys, I'm new, never played mafia online or in irl at all, but my friends said I should try this so here I am. I think these day phases are so long that they're destructive to town and give scum an advantage by allowing them to work in tandem behind the scenes creating havoc and confusion.

longer day phases are generally pro-town
they allow for more talky-talk that can re-evaluated in future days

We have had next to nothing from the tall1s/DR slot.

No, that's not my expectation. He certainly could. Both with his chance of rolling and some of his behaviors, I'd consider the possibility to be higher than others (how to quantify that exactly, I'm not sure).
