Clemency roleblocked Wisdom
Informed scum knew that there were a lot of millers in the game, possibly even how many millers there were

And theorize on the following:
Clemency dying now means scum didn't want him to out a roleblock, lending credence to the 1 killing role left theory
If there is more than 1 scum, one is likely a traitor with the other being a power role
If there's only 1 scum left it has to be a power role
Rolecop is in the setup to check Millers, and is about as powerful as a cop in this setup

Actually there is a lot of investigative power with creature being a backup

There's no mechanical reason Clemency doesn't out who his roleblock target would be in case Vedith flipped scum. None. Clemency hammered Vedith. He's just an idiot.
