Cathy was tired. Living by the rules the local mafia had put down had been tough. She had to be in by night fall or else, but her cat needed some milk and she thought she could make it in time, she thought wrong. A shadow approached her, threw the dead moggy at her feet and told her "You don't need to feed her anymore. In fact you won't do anything anymore". As a single shot fired, it brought the poor town down to 9 people who had to find the mafia in there number before the mafia killed them all.

The Rules

1. This is a game. Have fun. Don't let things get personal.
2. During Day, you may vote for the player you want to lynch. Votes should be in the form Vote: Player or they may not be counted. It is helpful to "Unvote" when switching your vote to a different player, though this is not required.
3. Whenever a player has a majority in votes, that player will be lynched, his or her role will be revealed, and Night will begin. Once a player has reached a majority, Twilight will begin. 10. I will send out prods when I see fit. You may request them but ultamitely the decision comes down to me.

Alabaska was reading his newspaper. How could the mafia do this to Cathy? She was the sweetest person ever, it made him feel sick that someone would do such a thing. He started to cry softly, he had secretly loved Cathy since the first moment they met, he had been mowing his lawn and she had walked past with her lovely golden hair...

His thoughts were broken by a loud crash. Lowell and Korts stormed through the door and grabbed him and dragged him out into the street. He looked round helplessly and saw DarlaBlueEyes standing there, her cold eyes drilling a hole through his skull.

"HELP, THE MAFIA HAVE ME!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!"he yelled.
"Save it" she said. "We know your mafia and you will pay for what you have done to us"

She pointed to a stand where roflcopter was standing adjusting a noose...

"NO! NO! I'm a regular townie, please believe me!" He begged, crying to no avail. Lowell and Korts strung him up and after a few minutes, he was dead. Dcorbe approached the stand to find that there was still a bit of newspaper in his dead hand... Dcorbe prized open the hand and read allowed:

"But..." Lowell said but he was interupted. The church bell had begun to ring... night! They had to be back quickly or else they would be mincemeat.

It was 8 o'clock, Everyone ran for there houses, they hadnt realised how long it would take Alabaska to stop twitching.

Lowell was running his house was close, he would easily make it

He reached the front gate, he gave a quick sigh of relief.

He kicked open his gate, to find his front door locked...

"Oh my God... it's you..."

The last bong wasn't heard by Lowell as he slowly crumpled next to his Rhododendron... his voice was hourse...

"But... But... it can't be you, your..."

Lowell was shot through the head...

In the morning the town had gathered to see what happened the previous night, to find Lowell at the foot of his not so white door... why not so white?

"Im leaving", he got into his Ferrari F50 and drove off into the sunset. The others perplexed decided to look around the house to find clues at what made him go mad... they then found out it wasn't anything to do with the mafia or town but that he had a secret daughter who he had inadvertantly left behind...

Two players have recieved a power role, I am not telling you anything special as this is on the first page. Also pojedinac was prodded a coupke of days ago, if he does not post within approxamitely 12 hours he will be replaced. I have a replacement waiting.

I know its my job to give regular vote counts and all but I feel that there has been no change in votes since the last time I gave you one (ie.yesterday in RT) then there is no need for me to do so given that Im automatically giving vote counts every page or two.

Prod is not going out. 48 hours to me is acceptable. Please note 2 rule changes. Rule 10 has been ammended and rule 12 has been added. I am enjoying modding this game and Im paying close attention to votes and content as well. I appreciate the need for these to be up to date. However being unindated for vote counts/prods is getting me down.

If you need a prod make sure its a valid amount of time before asking. ie. 3/4 days+ not everyone is on all the time and will miss a couple of days.

If you need a votecount make sure that A.votes have actually been changed since the last one and B. when was the last time I posted one.

Essentially I am asking you to read back and make sure of what your saying to me (and other players) beforehand

The town was having there weekly town meeting. Membership had been down recently due to most of them being dead but still everyone who could be there was there.

Roflcopter taking the the lead started: Welcome to todays town meeting, we'd like to welcome our two new members Shadowgirl and Azimuth

Korts, Dcorbe, DarlablueEyes and Natirasha politely clapped.

"We also regret that we have lost sykedoc and pojedinac but lets all hope they find each other and live happily together elsewhere."

Now first on the agenda, is Alabaska J's corpse, it's stinking up the street, we need a volunteer to dump him in the rubbish du-

AHEM!

Everyone turned round... Shadowgirl was sitting there with her legs resting on the table with her leaning back.

"Now I know my father was quite quiet but I assure you I am not. I look around this room and I see a very suspicous person here... someone who should live no more for the sake of others... and that person is YOU!" she said pointing at Natirasha's empty chair.

"Shit! Where did he go!" DBE exclaimed.

They searched for hours and finally found him hiding in Lowell's house, sobbing away quietly...

"Town, your going to be sorry that you lynched me!" Natirasha sobbed.

"Oh god, would you listen to him, he's practically admitting it..." Korts said. "Let's forget the formalities, after all we don't want another hanged corpse stinking up the street."

They quickly found Lowell's gun and shot him. "I-told-you-you'd-be-sorry..." his lungs filling with blood.

"Why?" Roflcopter asked "Because scums going to be vengeful"

"No-because-you-have-let-them-get-closer-to-winn..."

"WHAT! HOW CANT BE TOWN!!! DBE yelled.

"I do-don't know..." Shadowgirl stammered "bu-butt he has this in his po-pocket"

She unravelled a piece of paper

"Natirasha you have sponsered $1000 for orphan baby penguins, thank you very much, you have a kind and generous heart"

Im just checking to make sure

Black Smoke blew threw the town... a man with a long dark coat stormed down the long road from the outskirts to the town square with a look of fury on his face. He stops at the 6 figures at the square then stops in front of Korts.

"Becareful he's evil" one of the other's shouted
"He'll strangle you" anoher shouted
"Who the hell are you?" someone else shouted.

I looked up.

"I'm Paul, and I am supreme ruler of this world, and I am very upset"

At that point, Korts jumped at me with a knife. I flicked my wrist and he stopped in mid air...

"How dare you decide on a lynch whilst Im about to have tea... Its going to get cold now and I have to deal with this... well the town and erm... yourself have decided that you are the filth of this town, now Im going to get you in the worst way possible"

"We could have dealt with this ourselves, why are you here for this kill?" one of the other 5 asked.

"He killed my daughter, Jo-. Sorry... now I leave, your on your own for his partner."

I turned to Korts

"You deserve this for killing Kathy"

And with that I turn and leave, leaving the black smoke behind. Korts with fear in his eyes still stuck in midair screamed...

"So whats going to happen to him" Roflcopter asked the remaining town
"I think hes just being left here..." Darla replied
"And whats with the smoke" dcorbe asked.

At that point the smoke, like an organised being sort of grabbed Korts and starting flinging him into walls and then smashed him into the ground. Then the smoke left...

Azimuth walked up to the near dead corpse of Korts and he whispered the last words he'd ever speak.

"We're next"

Tea time, Night lasts 48 hours. Night choices. etc.

Also I made this flavour slightly supernatural as it was initially going to be about me being annoyed at having to right this during my tea time. If anyone can get the obvious reference they get no points whatsoever. However if people arent happy with the flavour I can change it to something more realistic.

Paul stood in the middle of the town square, unseen. He watched as various people ran past him. He was interested. He was interested in the people running about behind him running to do there business. He was interested in the hanging corpse that was hanging in the middle of the street. But most of all he was interested in the shadow beside Korts corpse. Crying for the whole night. Just sitting there... noone noticed apart from him... strange. He thought of the day after Kathy died, the grief, two days ago, it still hadnt really sunk in but he felt good that he had gotten revenge on the murderer. It was made worse by the fact he interrupted his dinner. It was originally just going to be a simple shooting but you ruin his spaghetti bolognaise, the smoke monster comes out...

The sun was starting to rise, everyone had long gone to bed and the rain was subsiding... he stood up and walked down the street towards the town exit and the corpse of corpse... he took out a small bag out of his coat and emptied it over corpse...

"that was my inedible tea, since you cant choose the right time to die, you can have it"

and with that he walked off as he reached the entrance he looked up...

"Oh a rainbow..."

Noone died night 3, GOGOGO! With 5 alive it takes 3 to lynch.

Darla walked down the road... she was at peace. She was with Korts. He was smiling at her. They looked at the town that they were going to have and sighed.

"So what now," Korts asked

"Well we're dead aren't we?" Darla responded

"I liked the way you went. Escaping Azimuth and shadowgirls grip then kicking dcorbe that way... I didnt know you were able to do that..." Korts said obviously impressed

"Yes, he won't be walking properly for a wee while..." DBE laughed

"Shame roflcopter got you though..." Korts sighed

"Yeah, he's quite the marksman" DBE said

They got to the end of the road, Paul standing there.

"Nice try, unfortunetly the town is still mine, you underestimated my town and now they will repopulate it and we will live happily under my rule" he said softly.

"Where do we go now?" Korts asked "And how can you speak to us we're dead?"

"Im not talking to you, not only have you killed my daughter, you made my tea go cold and now you have prevented me from going to bed."

But...

Paul turned to Darlablueeyes.

"You may go through that door, you will be moved to your next life depending on your beliefs

And me? Korts said

You too, but there's a pot of horrid bolognaise that you need to eat first

Oh no...

Roflcopter was holding the smoking gun, dcorbe was doubled up and Shadowgirl and Azimuth were shocked that the now dead body had escaped there grip.

"It's over, the scum are gone... look at the ground..." Roflcopter whispered

The blood formed some words on the road... in bright red they wrote

K I didnt take many notes. It was a good game and entertaining. It dipped a bit with the dcorbe/dbe thing but am glad that passed.

Now other point's I made whilst Im here... Something I wrote early on in my notes was that Korts was too agressive towards his scupartner, early game. He subsided a bit after that. The game was lost for scum, when Korts claimed RB'er, I don't know what was going through your mind there... if it was a gambit it would of been great if there wasnt another but way to risky.

The lynch of Alabaska, what was that about? Scum capitalised on that greatly and I already know DBE didnt know it was L-1 when she hammered but it made an easy first lynch.

Sykedoc was a problem and pojedinac unfortunetly disappeared I want to thank our two replacers late on in the game and also the others who replaced in at the start. It was going to be a challenge when I took on a mod abandoned game as my first game but I think... we pulled it off! So thank you all!

The end was totally lost and I did enjoy Darla's claim, she managed to put a sprinkle of confusion in there but it was already lost. Maybe would of had more chance of working if you weren't as emotional as you were?

I also want to thank Korts specifically, I didnt mean the things about the tea and you made me smile when you sent me a PM apologising and the thanks for the exams. You truly are a gentleman.

I do want to say one more important thing though.

There was a moment in this game that I was close to modkilling you dcorbe. Not for the personal attacks but for the thread in mafia discussion. This caused me a lot of bother and I had to get a second opinion and eventually go to Thesp. Ultimately I decided it didnt have too major an impact but be aware that ANY talking about ongoing games outwith the designated thread will result in modkill EVEN if its just implied is against the rules and is not tolerated on the site. The only reason this didnt happen was because I decided it didn't effect what happened in thread too much and that I wasn't sure if you were unaware of this rule or not.

If your in any doubt about stuff like "what does lylo mean?" ask in thread. Noones going to bite your head off. A Massclaim question is also fair enough but not whilst you are in the midst of doing it in a game. The other question you asked in that thread was answerable by me and the only person you should of asked was me (or possibly the players of the game)

Anyway that aside it was a great game. I hope to see you around site in the future now go sign up for other games. GOGOGO!

Oh, you sadist! I was all set to send in another night choice and everything.

Very interesting game. The way I see it, mafia came within an hour of near-certain victory. I guess going home early on a Friday night pays off sometimes.

I was watching that, wondering who was going to get there first... it was a close thing... I remember saying to myself depeding on whether Azimuth or DBE get here first will be the thing that determines who wins...

I initially tried to do that but with exams and stuff I felt posting one when the number of votes hadnt changed or changed by one was unnecassery because the way I counted them was stupid. and took ages, this will be rectified next game. Having 2 exams on sucssesive days didnt help either so the v.c. stopped but I was initially going for a vc per page and will do for my next game.
