Cool. Let's talk about your excessive use of the comma. Also your spelling.

"English" is the first word of your sentence, so it should be capitalized. Something interesting to note is the difference between "capitol" and "capital." "Capitol" is only used for the building within which a legislature operates. (Basically where your government conducts business.) Almost all other times, you should use the word "capital."

The other reason "English" is that it is a proper noun, which means it refers to a specific instance of a noun. We can go more into this later if you have questions.

Additionally, "language" is spelled with two instances of the letter "a," not one.

The second time you use "English," you should also capitalize it because it is also a proper noun.

Your final clause is a completely different thought, so it should be separated from the rest of the line and either given parentheses (as a sub thought that expounds upon the original thought) or given its own sentence. I personally prefer the former, so we will use that when writing an example of your corrected sentence below.
