Here, I'll do a walkthrough with my third.
Step 1: Initial Qualities
This first post gives you a random number for moves (how fast you act), Resiliency (how hard you are to kill, and Age. Any result between 16 and 60 gives you that age in years. Any other result means you have to do what that result says on the age chart. Generally, manipulate yourself in some way and then roll again.
Any skills you roll a 12 for you're naturally good at. You get to reroll any ones you roll while using that skill. Any you get a twelve for you suck, and you have to reroll any sixes.This is a Parachute.-

EBWOP: Any you roll a 2 for you suck.
So, Lord Anais has 6 moves, 6 resiliency and a 4 for age. Consulting the original chart, a four means I get to choose any age between 16 and 60. Considering so far I've had only old characters, I'm gonna go with a younger one this time. Generally, the older you are the worse the effects on your stats, but the more random mutations (Named Radiation Manipulations or RADMANS for short) you get to roll. Since those can be anything from poison farts to outright death (including turning a male character into a female) it's kind of a crapshoot to go for more of them.
Checking my chosen age, 26, on the chart, I find that I have no minuses to my skills. I get a relatively low number of skill points to deal with (380 + 10xD6), but honestly that's probably more of an advantage than a drawback.
A quick check through my skills reveals I'm bad at Chemistry, Hork, Influence, Outright Lie, and Reason. On the other hand, I'm good at Drive Cart, Navigate, Search, and WS Blade. That means I'm probably not going to be a great face (most of my bad skills are social in nature) but I'm halfway decent at getting around and stabbing things.
Before I get to skills though, I need to see what I've got to deal with physically. This is the second set of area tags in the code, btw. You'll have to add in the number of radmans you get manually, because it's between 0 and 4D6 depending on how old your character is.
I'm also going to figure out how many skills I have total now, which is 380 added to ten times:

So, I'm 67 inches tall (5 foot 7) which isn't terrible. My weight roll (again, referencing a chart) means I weigh three times as much as my height in inches, so 201 pounds. Those two together, (another chart) means that I get +1 move and +1 resilience, meaning I'm at a total of 7 moves, 7 resilience and 0 strength.
I've got a choice for my bonus. I can spend 10 skill points to gain a RADMAN as many times as I want, I can get 2D6 x 10 extra skill points, or I can bump up one of my stats (Not strength). Given that so far I'm entirely average, I'm going to roll the dice again and spend 20 skill points to get another 3 radmans, bumping that up to 4 Radmans total.
I've got 380 skill points left to spend, and here's where it gets complicated. ( )
Okay, so we've got 100 skills on a linked google sheet that Kittymo provided. About 70 of those don't have prerequisites, and those all start at 2D6. The rest start at 0. When you meet the prerequisites, you unlock the skill at 2D6. Looking at what I'm good at, I probably want to be able to stab things. Luckily, that doesn't have a prerequisite, so I get to spend 10 points for 3D6, 20 for 4D6, 30 for 5D6 and 40 for 6D6, meaning I'm down 100 points already. I'm also good at Navigate and Drive Cart, which might be useful, and neither of those need prereqs either! So 4D6 for each, and I've spent 160 out of my 380. I could probably stand to be a little faster and stronger, so I'm going to up running and weight training. The great thing about these, is that when you up them you can also get bonuses to your stats. So I've spent 220 now, and I get a +1 to moves and a +1 to strength.
So 160 points left. I think I'm going to try to be a little stealthy, so that I might be able to steal some supplies. I'm definitely not going to be dumping enough points to be good at buying them. So stealth at 6D6 and Search at 4D6. I need a 4D6 in Senses to be able to get Search, which means I'm out of points.
I've also gotten the prereqs for WS Paired (Blade), Spot Trap, Hide, and Intuition, so I've got all of those at 2D6. If I manage to up my reason, I get some more new skills, too, so that's probably a good thing to raise if I manage to keep this character alive.
Now, finally, it's time for RADMANS.
I've only got the four, so I'm going to roll them here. Now, it's worth noting that these are rolled one at a time, because one radman can affect earlier radmans or later radmans. So if I run into one like that I'm going to ignore the rest of the radmans I roll and make more radman posts.

Checking with the PHB (there's a free copy you can find if you go through the rpg.net stuff kittymo linked originally, or someone who has it can interpret) that means I have:
Total Recall: I have a perfect Memory.
Balance: Fuck. You will cross mutate with the next player you come into contact with. Compare each of your skills to those of the other player one by one. Each of you average your skills with the other (round down). So if you have a 3D6 in Acrobatics and the other player has 5D6, each of you now have 4D6.
Dead Brain Cells: It costs 5 more points for me to advance skills.
