What are the shapes and text?

The giant picture in the dining room is kind of different from any other pictures in the mansion. The image is showing a compass in the center but it has no hands. there is a circular arrow around the compass that is rotating it in a clockwise manner. The arrow starts from the top of the compass (if it was a watch right at the 12 o'clock point) and the arrow ends again there right before where it started making a full circle. There are also four colored dots on the image. Top right dot is blue, the bottom right dot is red, the top left dot is green and bottom right dot is yellow.
There is text below the photo, like a riddle, saying

The broken pieces, They'll never meet again.

quick clarification on this from earlier, you said bottom right twice - is the yellow one supposed to be the bottom left one?

As a heads up to all - Vash is stuck in a prison somewhere, I think it's pretty likely that the clue Menno found on Page 4 is referring to him

It's a small room with a ton of monitors - most of them are blank right now but there's also one for each area we've been in
there's a locked door that seems to be un-forcable on one side, and a window on the other. There's nothing past the window except for a wall.
there are three control boards at the back of the room - two of them are currently closed, the other one had 4 different coloured buttons and a handle in the center

those colours corresponded to the colours of the painting Menno investigated at the top of page 4, which seemed to also correspond to the statue positions in the small gallery, so I tried pushing them and it caused those statues to rotate
got them into the positions specified on the base and this picture collapsed, plus the garden stones started glowing

I think the garden stones are also glowing the colours of those buttons, but I'm a bit behind on reading up right now and my priority #1 is this picture.

You were watching everyone from monitors till 21:00. then you went to sleep after eating the food monokuma brought you. You didn't realize a lot of solo movements. Light was still alive and in the dinning room before that time. He had a knife in his hands.

around 14:00 you started investigating the room.
around 19:00 you and everyone else gathered to each dinner in parlor. kaori took some food and went to eat them with onizuka and kousei in the guest room and asked everyone else that she wants to stay there for the night.
around 21:30 everyone decided to separate. girls went to the servants room and boys stayed in the parlor so they could guard the mansion entrance.
Your gaurding turn was around 5 am. You were hungry so you asked saber to gaurd a little more till you eat something from kitchen. When you went in there you realized the window is open. You were curios so you jumped out and started investigating the garden.
around 5:30 your found light inside the dining room and screamed and passed out.

It's clearly neither Light nor Kyoko.
Light died to poison, not the knife - his attempt to kill himself was unsuccessful
Kyoko is a suspect because... she had the key and brought him food? Why would she go out of her way to bring him food if she had just poisoned him with the biscuits? That just incriminates herself. And likewise, handing the key off to Light when she was the person with the key is like shouting 'hey everyone look it has to be me who did it!'

The biscuits were taken from the kitchen by Light, it's my belief that they were poisoned prior to that point
Which means the suspects are people who had access to the kitchen earlier that night, *not* people who had access to the dining room.

'Tried to' is the key here. That's what the knife was, yes? But in one of the earlier stories (3? Maybe?
