House (2008) -(3/21/19)PrivateI

The first scene sure is gold
Man: "It's gonna be okay"
Woman: "Sweetheart, you really mean it? It's gonna be okay for us?"
Man: "No... it's gonna be okay... for me" *pulls out gun*
Woman: "You can't kill me! I'm your wife!"
*Anberlin song plays*
Now we reach our main characters, a shitty couple going to marriage counseling. They're driving and come across a wrecked truck that was carrying chickens and BOOM unnecessary jump scare of a chicken jumping into the open passenger side window. A police officer tells them a faster way to Montgomery and uh oh no cell phone reception! Uh oh they ran over scrap metal and blew their front tire! Uh oh sudden thunderstorm! When they crashed they hit another car that was driving the other way and after no one gets out they're like "they must have gone to get a tow truck". The car just crashed and there's nowhere they could have gone, you're not even gonna check to see who's in the car??? They walk to find shelter and uh ohhhhh they find the house where the guy shot his wife at the beginning of the movie!
There's another couple at the creepy house that got lost and a stereotypical creepy pair of owners. People have visions of creepy kids running around. The owners keep acting weird and the couples find a newspaper clipping about the couple from the beginning of the movie. Then this guy called the Tin Man starts shooting through the windows, then throws in a message that he'll kill everyone who comes into his house, but if they give him one body before sunrise he won't kill any of them. The owners of the place try to kill the two couples and then we get a bunch of action with such bad editing that it's difficult to tell what's going on.
One woman randomly ends up in a room that somehow starts filling up with water, and hallucinates her daughter(?) trapped beneath her under ice. The other woman gets taken by the old man and dressed up like a little girl. The husband of the first woman looks through a window and sees himself telling his daughter he's too busy to go outside so his wife takes her outside and the daughter falls into a frozen lake. Lmao the printer starts shooting out a bunch of pages that say "Kill her. She let Melissa die..." But yay, some dead girl tells him Melissa is okay!
The boyfriend of the woman who got dressed like a little girl then hallucinates back to when he shot his abusive father as a boy. His girlfriend meanwhile is being harassed by the old man who wants to marry her and they have a confusing argument. Guy #1 comes in to save her and kills the old man in the bedroom with a candlestick, Clue edition. The old lady jumps out of a closet to attack but Guy #1 knocks her to the ground and black smoke comes out of her face.
A replica of Guy #1 emerges out of black smoke and tries to get everyone to kill Guy #1's wife because she let his daughter die. Guy #1 cuts himself to prove he's real but he leaks smoke too. The dead girl talks sense into them and then a cop shows up
The cop shoots tin man and they leave the house, but the couples see that the tin man is chained to the house, so they take off his mask and TWISTOS TWIST it's the guy who shot his wife at the start of the movie!!! It turns out the cop is the reeeaaaal tin man. He's basically a ripoff of the killer from the Saw franchise. The dead girl tells them not to play his game because he breaks his own rules! The second couple kills each other at the same time, cool. The tin man shoots the dead girl who was maybe an actual living girl who was just really pale but somehow knew Melissa was okay. Time reverses and light shoots out of pale girl's body, which sends a blast that petrifies the tin man and starts collapsing the house.
The couple runs back out into the road and they find out twiiissttttt the car crash we saw where they blew out their tires actually killed them! The guy sees his dead body and then they both wake up and pop out of their bodybags. And now their marriage is saved!!! As they go away in an ambulance, we see the police officer/tin man watching and laughing, as the camera pans to the old people watching from the window of the house. *different Anberlin song plays*
