thanx everyone ! i've been hugely enjoying the way my games go, i think part of that is that setup fundamentals of people playing on the site lately have been great and i can, with an outline of a setup and some potential emergent mechanics, assume that people will play the setup out to an interesting outcome and use all the reasoning tools available. in micro 840, my favorite game from last year, it went the way it did because scum were paying attention, skitter stayed active the whole game, people didn't treat meph 39 as conftown (while town would have benefitted from doing so i think it was more exciting for them to be potentially lynched), etc etc
of course i have to mention There Are Many Other Great Moderators Here That Ought To Be Recognized and it's a great demonstration of people naturally helping and entertaining each other, which is part of why i do it myself. that said i will definitely enjoy having the banner
