Seer is generally a good one to start. In many games I've played they can give us a werewolf straight away, or confirm a townie.
But if they chose to check the middle then they shouldn't tell us what they saw because they will be able to catch people lying about their claim.

Allo couldn't have taken a wolf from me because I wasn't a wolf.
So if he is claiming that then either he and chemist are lying or he and poker are lying.

Poker could have made up some other lie if he wanted to kill me so badly, so I think it's Allo and Chemist.

Allo is lying about being robber, otherwise he would know I'm a villager. Since Chemist has 'confirmed' him as robber, he must be lying too.

From my experience in real life, troublemaker being handed out is almost a guaranteed town win when the only roles in play are so vanilla like this was.

Spicy things like hunter, minion, the big scary jester, and other roles that interact with the middle make everything much more confusing and wolves can lie a lot more easily.

Of course you need an experienced troublemaker for that to happen, but basically it is incredibly powerful if it isn't in the middle, unless you introduce the more complex roles.

That said player count wildly affects this game also, because it allows for many more combinations.
