any 2 players who weren't going to be in the coalition being removed from the game reduces the coalition size.
veto does in fact give us better odds of winning at coalition: but if we miss coalition and have already burned veto our odds of winning are significantly worse.

We use 1 of 4 if coalition fails. We'll be in a great and better position because the chaff is gone before coalition.

Flipping BEF confirms his alignment and thus player motivations at that point. Same with chennis. All 3 flipped when I called for the flash wagon would be golden.
