Coal right now means we choose 7 players via majority correct?
If we veto and give a list of 4 people who we think is 'scummy'/ in poe we can do coal with 6 people and take out one of the unsure 7.
Of course mafia might have more people so the majority is a bit harder to get, but that forces mafia to basically out themselves to save people.

because if we fail coalition due to not vetoing first (1 less townread required) we're winning anyway based off of the strength of our reads
whereas if we would have failed whether we vetoed, it's much more useful to be able to use veto to clear slots in the coalition

The problem with this though is we don't know how many people made it fail unless you're just suggesting 1 or 2 from the fail + more poe. If so that's fair.

See the issue I have with this whole thing is people wanting to 'reveal' me are coming out of left field with it. I get you want to lead Titus but I won't let you get lynched and I'm pretty sure we have auto win soon if we follow dead reads along with our own town block. I think 0verkill is most likely town if we follow dead as well so that leaves RC/Chen/Time. I know we prob can't reveal RC because he'll throw a fit. So I think if we got someone like Chen who will either be a ML or scum who slips through the day it's the most optimal here

I agree that flipping town is the correct play and out of Chen/TD I feel much more confident in TD flipping scum so the best case is saving us from mislynch as we have only one left. Who are the likely targets of a ML rn? Chen/TD/Myself. I hate being an IC so I would rather not be revealed (more on that in a second) but if I'm wrong it's prob on Chen. If it does hit scum oh well we lynch TD after and look at the game from that stand point.
I would reluctantly be okay with being revealed if the way people brought it up wasn't in such a scummy way. No one has talked about solving my slot at all. Titus getting revealed isn't the worst but it feels like a deflect

then a way mafia can't kill at f5 and even if we get it wrong we have venge for f3 with the lock town clear from f7 in f3 leaving the last 2 as the only venge targets
