. Because of the difficulty and expense it would take to destroy you, you are immune to NKs but can still be lynched or modkilled.
You may only post at an elementry spelling level.
You win with the town.

Oops, sorry. A playwright winning does not end the game. Additionally, he or she must be killed or endgame'd by the mafia for a scum win. Although the same does not apply for the town, the playwright is more concerned with becoming a famous writer than eradicating scum, so he won't win with the town.
The role is much better if he wins alone - otherwise, most towns will be willing to quote him a bunch of times to share the win. Of course, if he wins alone and doesn't mention that part... ^.^
I think this would be a fun thing just to throw in to a regular game. Have it closed setup, so people dont know that anybody is actually trying to get the achievment.
"This is just a load of crap. Nobody listen to him, he's probably the playwright. Just ingore him for the rest of the game."
If someone just threw this role into a regular game, it could seriously screw the town over. While veryone is trying to figure out what's going on with player
X
, mafia
A
and
B
just sit back and enjoy the benefits of what is a borderline Jester.
EDIT: Cops just told "cop" of course and millers told townie.

You're townie, but if a cop investigates you, the cop will get the result of another player instead of your alignment.
In otherwords, you are
MILLER EXTREME!!!!!
How about this:
You are a
Poser
Choose one player each night and you'll pretend to be them. All night actions that would target them target you instead, and all night actions that would target you get no result.
jdodge1019: hasjghsalghsakljghs is from vermont
jdodge1019: vermont is made of liberal freaks and cows
jdodge1019: he's not a liberal
jdodge1019: thus he is a cow
.

That would be awesome for protowns (i.e. take the fall for a cop)
or
scum (i.e. get a protown result). On the other hand, the role is awfully similar to the Bus Driver.

- The rope has the ability to stop a lynch from taking place unless the rope is the one about to be lynched. If the rope is killed then the town automatically loses because it has nothing to kill the scum with. If the rope claims, it becomes a tree stump.

I'm so stealing that for the mafiabot. It's got a lot of strategic depth.

. You might win with the town, perhaps the mafia or even some other faction, and possibly not even yourself. Its all very disconcerting, this lynching thing, and it gives you panic attacks. Good luck!
You are a mole, A. The Mafia thinks you are one of them. You cannot reveal information against the Mafia, however, you may only mislead them from within. The Mafia consists of B, C, and D. You win with the town.
In reality he is a naive cop who is unnightkillable.
When targeted by the mafia, roleblocker or another cop turns paranoid.
When targeted by a SK or multiple roles turns insane.
When targeted by a Doc turns sane (overrides turning paranoid when targeted by doc regardless of who else targets him).
Result is dictated from state after lynch and determined from the order (rb, cop, mafia, sk, doc).

Heh...I actually came up with a role with a win condition like that in this thread a while ago...let me find it...

Each night, you may recruit another member to the Hippy Pacifist Cult, and you may also role-block one person by giving them pot. Your cult dosn't believe in violence, so neither you nor any of the members of your cult are allowed to vote for anyone, although you are allowed to vote no-lynch.
If your cult wins, you win. Also, if there are two days with no lynches and no nightkills, a "happily every after" ending, you win. And so does everyone else. Puff the magic dragon lives by the sea.
I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie
. Any night you please, you can block every pro-town role in the game. You get bonus points for a player cursing at you.
Coincidently, you win with the town.
Edit: actually that would be interesting if it blocked ALL night actions.
