Why? There is one.
At least I do it. I don't know about you.
Aw, there's a town attitude.

Scum's opening votes aren't random because they already know who is friend and who is foe. So they have to fake it.

Always scumhunt from post 1 onward.
Sure I get that. I still think it exists because town does it. Not saying you can't scumhunt in it, but I felt some of the reaction from Nero was excessive. in particular

VOTE: montosh
Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

doesn't really seem like a jokey RVS statement to me
This bit definitely didn't read like a joke. The next bit about Creature being confscum obviously was, which is why I assumed Montosh said he was "semi-serious."
Montosh wrote:You're taking this way too seriously for a page 4 RVS post. It's really weirding me out.
Even if you did intend your entire post to be a joke (which it seems you didn't, not entirely), trying to downplay scrutiny on your post just because it's page 4 and RVS is suspect.

I don't find either of your reactions weird. At most, you're a little defensive.

Fine if three people see it then maybe it's me. I will endeavour to be more clear. Commencing now all posts will have serious disclaimers.

What if it is a Montosh-Creature team and
THAT
was the serious part, while the part that was calling me scum was the joke part?

just a bunch of players that hadn't posted. TBF, OFrhz did post while I was typing but I didn't feel like changing it for him.

I was being mostly non-serious but that post from Nero did give me a gut reaction of scummy.

It was like the first thing that caught my attention so I figured I'd keep my vote there until something more substantive came along. But I wasn't planning to build a real case with it.

Kinda yeah. Not super deep but I'm struggling to remember a game where he ignored an rvs vote as town. He doesn't strike me as the type to just handwave rvs votes.

We'll see whether replacement redeems the slot I guess

Yeah the story just isn't adding up for me right now but I'm also very tired so I'll have to try to connect the dots tomorrow. (His post pinged you as scummy, so you called it out and voted him, and it was semi serious because you thought he was scummy, but then he's overreacting because it was a non serious rvs post, and I need a good lie down)

Slight correction you were already voting him but felt compelled to point that out, which reads like a re-vote.

I don't understand why people are making a big issue with NC's list tbh, it seems random to me.
I also think RVS is bad and it should be stop very soon. And it does not stop and end like a normal thing does.

Reds looking scummy.

To clarify my comment earlier, when I said redvote looks town I was refering to Lucky Otter.

VOTE: red
beeboy - Everyone thought this game was made to troll pie but it was really made to troll pisskop.
Almost50 pisskop: Overall, that's a townie slot. Don't ask for specifics because with PK everything can be interpreted either way. It's probably WHEN he says/does things that matter, so it's more of a matter of conception rather than solid reasoning.
