I feel like the consensus is that 2 was better than 1, and I know that Jar Jar hatred has a big part of that, but realistically I watched that movie on my birthday and for a movie with Jedis and Clones I thought it was WILDLY disappointing there was no mirror match fights between Jedis and Clone Jedis

Like how can you not want an opportunity to have Yoda fight Samuel L. Jackson? Like it's just such a missed opportunity. You have an entire movie about clones and you go like, the LEAST interesting route with the premise

I agree on TLJ, but I just like watching Star Wars, no matter how good or bad the stories are.
Despite the new EA games being mostly dreadful I’ll say I had some fun with number 2 and they look gorgeous. It’s something I want to work so badly but it should’ve been in the hands of other developers.
I’m pretty fucking stoked for Fallen Order though!
As far as Solo goes, you might not need to ever watch it. I think most people hated it. I enjoyed it but like I said, just like anything Star Wars.

In fairness, some of the games on N64 were much better "for their time" than were objectively good by today's standards.

Like, GoldenEye was a definitive experience but realistically it had some huge issues that modern players probably would not be nearly as forgiving for (looking at you, Oddjob)

Original Smash still gives me some strong nostalgia though, and who can forget "DO A BARREL ROLL"?

When Xbox remastered Goldeneye me and my buddies were having a blast. That’s a damn classic I don’t care what people say.

I mean, the premise was to explain how the storm troopers came about. Even though they eventually weren’t clones. The clones were not not created to make an army of controllable soldiers. There was never any experimentation outside of that except for the Fett kid. Cloning Jedis would get too messy in my opinion.
I definitely see two getting more love than 1, and I follow that sentiment, but I never actually had Jar Jar hate. I was a kid so I never realized the bad bits of it until I grew up a bit. It still has some nostalgia pull for me, and I’ll forever love Darth Maul and that last battle.

Do you remember that Star Wars arcade game in well, arcades? I’ve probably dropped hundreds on that shit. To this day I don’t think I ever beat Vader at the end.
