It could be considered a trust tell if Shoshin does it enough, yes. I don't think he's established a reputation of doing this yet though, so I don't think the moderation team is gonna take action at the moment.

If we do not lynch scum day 1, then RC cannot be killed because the game will go straight to day 2.
