If I'm waking up in the same room, I look around and see that this place has been picked clean.

All I found was a candle and a box of matches that is half full. I sit in the middle of the room and light a match off the box and then the candle with the lit match.

I settle into a cross-legged position, gently resting my hands on my knees, preparing to meditate. I take a deep breath and focus my eyes on the flickering flame of the lit candle. I watch as it dances back and forth, growing and shrinking. As it moves in unpredictable ways my mind begins to empty. My thoughts become more and more infrequent.
