Town 2-shot Compulsive? Bonus Round


Twice in the game at night, you can activate your ability. This causes the next Day phase to be skipped, and scum factional kills to fail the following Night.

This ability is compulsive unless you have only one shot left (if you have only one shot left, you can choose whether or not to use the ability).

Town 4-Shot Compulsive Mass-Reloading Doctor


On four nights in the game, you may protect a player of your choice from one kill. This ability is compulsive, and must be used whenever possible.

Along with this role PM, the moderator has sent you a list of all players with X-shot abilities (including yourself), along with a 1d6-1 dice roll for each of them. (The actual abilities aren't listed, just the fact that the player has an X-shot ability.) Whenever you use your last remaining shot, each of those players regains a number of shots equal to the value of the dice roll. (As such, if your dice rolls more than a 0, you will be able to use the Doctor ability indefinitely, at the cost? of reloading other players' limited-shot abilities.)

You are the owner of a paranoid cat who freaks out around canines (werewolves, bloodhounds, dogs, etc.) and people who smell like canines.

If you are visited at night by either (A) a player with a canine role (including werewolves, who are canines at least part of the time) or (B) a player who visited someone with a canine role last night, then your paranoid cat will scratch them, leaving visible red marks on their arms that the mod will announce publicly at the beginning of the next day ("[player name] has red scratch marks on their arms.") and causing their ability to fail that night (they will receive a message as if they were roleblocked, although tracker-type roles can still see them visiting you).

(You may choose to reroll this if there are no actual canine roles/werewolves in the game. Or if you think it's stupid.)

If, not including you, there are at least 50% Town-aligned players, you are instead aligned with the
Mafia
or
Werewolves
(whichever scumteam is larger, if there is a tie this is up to mod discretion) as a Vanilla member of their faction.

This is only a possible card in Grandest Idea. If you can't pick separate cards for alignment and role, reroll this blacklisted alignment/role combination.

Each night, you may choose two players. They swap roles with each other (but their alignments/wincons stay the same, so it's only personal abilities that are swapping, not factional abilities).

Replaced In Dead Thread


This is a mod note (i.e. not visible in the role PM) that gets attached to another role. Reroll to find out the role and alignment that the player will be given in their role PM. They actually have that role and alignment. However, if they die, 1-4 phases after death (chosen at random) the mod will post a message about that player being replaced. (The mod makes their own choice about who the replacement is shown as, and whether or not it's someone associated with the game. A spectator would be an obvious choice, if there is one, as they'd be in the dead thread already.)

Forwarding Paranoid Mafia Cop

Each night you must target someone to investigate and forward the result to someone else. They will always come up as mafia, irrespective of their actual alignment. Your target will know that they were forwarded a result, but not who forwarded it.

Informed Townie


The mod rerolls until they get an active investigative role, then simulates one use of that role's ability on a randomly chosen target, and works out what the result would be. You get that information mod-confirmed to you pregame (you don't get the actual investigative role itself).

As usual, the role PM will just be "Informed Townie" and the information, without information on how it was generated.

Bulletproof Reflexive Cult Leader


Whenever a player targets you, they become a Bulletproof Reflexive Cult Leader in the same cult as you. (You don't have an active night ability.)
As an exception, players who are a) not town, and b) not alone in their faction, will be vanillaised rather than converted.

You win when your cult can outvote all other factions.

Town Randomly Targeting Cop


You'll be told the alignment of your target, but not who you targeted (which is chosen randomly by the mod). Your ability does target (even though you can't target it), so, e.g., a Tracker ability aimed at you will see who you target.

Guaranteed Chaotic Faction Sizes
(Moderator chooses alignment.)
If the game consists of 5 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 3 Town, 1 Mafia, and 1 Werewolf.
If the game consists of 6-7 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 2 Mafia, 1 Werewolf, and 3-4 Town.
If the game consists of 8-9 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 2 Mafia, 2 Werewolves, and 4-5 Town.
If the game consists of 10-11 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 2 Mafia, 2 Werewolves, 1 Jester, and 5-6 Town.
If the game consists of 12-13 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 3 Mafia, 3 Werewolves, and 6-7 Town.
If the game consists of 14-17 players, then the game is guaranteed to possess 2 Mafia, 2 Werewolves, 2 Aliens, 1 Jester, and 7-10 Town.
If the game consists of 18+ players, then the game is guaranteed to possess at least 3 Mafia, 3 Werewolves, 2 Aliens, 1 Serial Killer, and 9 Town.

The player that receives this role is informed of such.

If the alignment ratio does not match, reroll alignments until the alignment ratio matches the above.
If this role conflicts with another role, this role takes precedence.

Alien De-bastardizer


Each night, you may target a player.

If the player has a role that can cause the mod to lie or otherwise be dishonest, change someone's alignment mid-game, allow players to discuss the game outside the game thread or its PTs, add players midgame, or enable direct moderator influence; their role will be changed to the nearest non-bastard equivalent. (Vanillize the role if this is not reasonable.)

Any information about the player's role that is hidden from them is revealed to them.

The player loses any post restrictions they currently have.

If the player is Cult-aligned, their alignment will be changed to Town. (Yes, this makes the De-bastardizer a bastard role.)

For example, targeting a Death Miller turns them into a Miller, targeting a Cult Leader turns them into a VT, targeting an Insane Cop causes them to know they're insane, targeting a Mafia Innocent Child turns them into a Mafia Goon, and targeting a Dreaming God causes them to know what their abilities do.
