Looking through, the only odd thing was Liz&Jack’s vote and unvote as Saude and Pers pointed out. If you’re just randomly voting it doesn’t matter if you leave your vote there until something happens that prompts you to move it....seems more practical for you to just not vote if you don’t like reasonless votes.
thing so far. It's not that big a deal. You only have two people voting you so far any who. Do you normally get this worked up when people look your way? especially this early on when any little thing will cause people to point a finger?
I think town more likely to throw a fit like that and phrase it the way you did than scum. Up until then, yes i was throwing shade and even halfway considered to vote alongside Saude and Pers.

Yeah. This is kinda just spinning out. Ready for some new players to step in. Feels like Pers is going harder in on something that should have just been a step away from RVS but a jump away from an actual scumread IMO. Liz and Jack also feel like their overly defending themselves when a simple explanation and shrug would have been just as effective with minimal noise. But hey, to each their own.
L&J, I recommend y’all just chill a bit and don’t get overly frustrated here. The more you get frustrated and freak out over what Pers and Saude say the more you’re going to get scumread by them. Not to mention lose interest in the game I bet.

Eh, she has done nothing that scum couldn’t easily do in order to seem relevant without bringing anything to the table. It’s something I’d halfway expect a new scum player to do. Waiting for an actual progression. I don’t see how your townreading it personally.

Yeah I’ll need to reread game setup then. I agree the claiming was premature. I’m a sucker for emotion, but he’s been agitated most this game. Usually when I see scum faking emotion, it feels more like it comes out of nowhere and dissipates quickly, where this has been a steady set of emotional posts.
I still think there is a big risk to his claiming as scum. If we don’t have a protective role, and he stays alive we’ll know somethings up. Risky play for a scum team of 2.
Stupid. Yes I’m fucking frustrated having to claim on a wagon when one vote is a sheep who hasn’t read the game, an RVS tonal vote, a vote where a hydra is debating amongst themselves still about it, whatever the hell your voting me for, and whatever the fuck iconim halfway threatened me with.

The Hydras are the only two I'd halfway defend right now for potentially being town roles.
I flip flop with Pers. from this morning after I stepped back. The only scum motives I see is him either checking for PR's as scum or just tagging onto a wagon and making up a story to get out of it when I claimed. It's probably townie though, and it's post frustration clouding my judgment. Need to actually relook at that whole thing, but I don't care to right now.

Iconium had an interesting shift how she viewed my slot pre claim and post claim. Don't know how much I'm going to read into that right now.
The rest are just lacking anything of worth right now. I feel the same about Datisi. Voted's vote was lame, but I don't know how AI that really was. I don't get the interest people have in the other guy personally. Zeebu.
There’s nothing to engage with her on, and she hasn’t made any impact on the game other than seeming relevant. Basic scum maneuver for a beginner. I shouldn’t have to pull content from her in order to read her. Her actions should do it alone. Notice she hasn’t even placed a single read down so far. Stop looking for for arguments that are pages long in order to suspect someone who hasn’t done anything of value.
Situational differences. He was at L2, not an immediate threat, and had an ally speaking up for him. I had nobody on my side speaking up for me with even more people against me. When iconium followed up with her ominous remark right after I was put on L1, that reality sank in deeper, and I felt the need to defend myself with the only means I had left. Looking back, I probably should have held my tongue for a second more.
All that being said, the main reason I tried calming them down was to limit the posting on an overly drawn out situation. Especially when people still needed to catch up on the full thread.
