What is your least favorite superpower?
I'd say Vengeful is kinda crappy. You can basically only do this when someone has very low energy left, and then you still have to spend all of your remaining energy on killing that person since they're most likely putting all on defense, leaving YOU defenseless...
Also mana regenerate > normal regenerate

for the power GOAT, does "they will lose all the energy they spent on defense that round" mean it is permanently lost or no defense is allocated this round?

Answer to Jumble's question:

Players' defense will be 0. They don't lose the energy they spent on defense. Their defense just becomes 0, making all the energy they spent on defense useless.
