People started acting differently following the Mayor's death. Thespio was one example. He grew more distant, and more reserved in the wake of the tragedy. It didn't take long for someone to call him out on doing it and that he felt remorse for what he had done. Unfortunately, paranoia does things to people, and it didn't take long for the people of the town to blindly agree on who should be killed. Soon enough, there was a rally for Thespio's blood; the whole town agreeing on him being the one to pay.

Silently watching as the whole town turned against him, Thespio walked to the gallows, guided by Korina. He tightened the noose around Thespio's neck, before kicking out the stool from beneath him. "May God have mercy on your soul," Korina softly whispered as he turned to the mob, head hung low as he stared at the crowd. Something felt wrong about the lynch, like Thespio was a perfectly normal citizen. Unfortunately, that was the case, and a normal citizen was forced to be the martyr for them.

The night was calm, silent even, as implosion silently walked down the street. There was no real reason why he was, he merely wanted to. Even with all the possible threats towards the town, it wouldn't have stopped him. Noticing the car trailing him with its lights off, he paused to see what the car wanted from him. That was the last thing he ever did. A bullet to his heart instantly killed him. A perfectly normal death, for a perfectly normal citizen.
