My push was never about the logic. It was about progressing the game by pushing the pairing that would do the most for my reads. Town was arguing over the last two pairings and completely ignoring discussions about how to progress the game.

Id say I -did- show you I was town and turned the wagon aside, and then people still felt like lynching me and martyring themselves to achieve it because I had the audacity to suggest I should be in the final pairings.

Its really not a good look to go into the thread and declare that you're going to be an endgame pairing because you're obvtown when you're really not, considering scum is the alignment that specifically needs to hit endgame.

You make it sound like I had no confidence whatsoever on them being T/T. They were probably the pair I had the most confidence in outside of me/Sakura, I just wasn't really sure on any of my reads and I most assuredly didn't have any strong scum reads at the time. So your "I'll back off but they go first thing if you lynch town" wasn't fair at all.

I never got this impression. My impression was that you were operating under a PoE, which is one of the reasons I wasn't listening to you in the first place.

I talked about this in our PT, which I support releasing if that was ever a question, but my problem with gay dance is the not insignificant potential for all scum to be in the same dating pool. Which means that during predance they're pretty well forced to interact heavily and introduces a level of swing that is inferior to normal dance, a setup which I already think is balanced based on town being bad at logic which is a pretty meh setup marker imo.
