I don’t believe I’be ever pushed any kind of strong read on Sky.

If anything, it’s the opposite, as she’s been fluctuating left and right, up and down.

I am curious how putting two players into that dichotomy is not a strong read.

Wagon speed is not indicative of anything.
Besides there's only 3 votes, that hardly means a "flash" wagon. But i do think more votes would be nice.
Forgot to ask this much earlier — following thespio’s mislynch, do you still believe this?

Yes. Actually.
It's not something that has to be different game by game, but what does change game by game is how people perceive the votes and reactions.

In post 1416, Skygazer wrote:To me, it reads like you don't want to make any hard commitments to reads. The only player you've strongly pushed today is a player that's already under a ton of pressure. You did a quote-wall thing to justify placing them at L-2. Everyone else has been getting reads like "they look better and better" or "they look worse and worse" or vague language such as "they're pinging me" or conflicting shades such as "I believe chemist's claim but it doesn't sit right with me." It doesn't feel like you're actually sorting; it feels like you're making pushes that you feel comfortable making and trying not to make pushes against players that might give you some pushback. You've shaded Rick but didn't pursue it. You shaded Sakura and retracted it for vague reasoning before placing her as town. You shaded implosion D1 but didn't pursue it! It feels like you're afraid of pushing the stronger players here and going for those that are more lynchable.

VOTE: James
Personally, I disagree. Using vague language is a personality thing, not AI. I can see some of that ‘shade then not pursuing’ it, and ‘being cautious’, as James put it, is not towny, but I cannot swallow all of this.

(Also, I dislike how you pointed out what you perceive to be buddying of me from James — that can easily be another, perhaps subtler, form of buddying).

This is a severe case of backing down once the town pressures you.
Do you believe that one of James/Sky is scum or not, and where does the scum!Sky part of it come from?

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought that post 1463 was odd. It seems uncharacteristic of Rick given how aggressive he is about me.

Just popping in to say that I will be more active starting tomorrow, busy weekend and such. I have, though, been trying to at least keep up with the game. So with that......

You two weren't the only ones who felt off by 1463. If it's a read, you believed it to be true, yes you may have doubts, but why just deny it when it is brought up to you?

And maybe parroting a bit, but what did you think about her 'in the moment'?

Ok, see you all tomorrow.

Poor structuring of my post, that was directed at Rick in regards to Skygazer.
