Quite simply I think he sees what I see in Hopkirk and I find it both saddening and mildly surprising that no one else has pointed it out (profii came close but it wasn't enough -- won't hold it against the guy though). As for you, JJD, you're a capable scum hunter, so why are you looking for low activity, low hanging fruit rather than making a case based on what the words right in front of you? I don't think I've seen you post much about the why for elements. Care to make it a bit more clear?

Well I've made a vow to myself to only scumhunt on day 2, maybe even day 3 if elements is alive tomorrow, so I don't really want to disclose my reasoning right now. However I guess I can make a one post exception for the person that needs to eat rope today.

Here are examples.

He didn't seem to mind me doing what he originally scumread JJD for, until I actually pushed a lynch on him. I would argue that I'm the 2nd best LHF option in the game as of 1075

I really want to know how Dave is carc's top scumread right now. Like if anyone else scumreads him I would genuinely appreciate letting the rest of the town know why.

As far as I can remember this game he is the only player actually putting in constant effort to get people to contribute and actually do something. Hell he prodded me at least twice and made me break my own vow to wait until day 2 to put in real effort because I can FEEL the frustration he's having with the playerlist's lack of activity. To be completely honest I actually felt bad after the last time he asked me to contribute because I've been in his shoes and it sucks.

Of course this is just my interpretation of things but I'd love to hear how his play so far comes from scum. I've only got one theory on how that fits the game so far and it's so tinfoily that I think it's best to keep it to myself unless it feels more plausible down the road.

Btw there is one more thing I have against elements that I dont feel comfortable talking about. I'm mainly posting this to remind myself to keep tabs on it. Without saying too much I think I've drawn a potential line to a scumpartner. I can't go any deeper than that right now because it could impact my lead on said person but some semblance of a wagon on elements would really help me monitor this thought. Mate.. Neapolitan is never used in a -say- 50% VT game. That would be damn too powerful. You can literally confirm half of the players. Maybe a Vanilla Cop instead (gets the same result for VTs and Goons)

Neapolitan automatically means 0-2 VTs in this game.

Now consider 0. Why is it "negative". Nea becomes effectively a Visitor. Results don't matter because everyone's a PR, but still no harm done.

nea is run in newbie games in setups with 5/9 players being VT
