3 or 4, if they are decently powerful and it's the best counter. Like you wouldn't pick roleblocker in response to a cop, instead you'd opt for framer and/or godfather. In post 88, Vorkuta wrote:I'd like to invite everyone to pretend that they were scum and playing this game with me

As an fyi, LAMIST = look at me I'm so town (saying you are obviously town, which alienates others), WIFOM = wine in front of me (using self-awareness to cause confusion), you already know OMGUS, ATE = appeal to emotion (playing up negative feelings for townpoints), POE = process of elimination (gaining enough townreads that you can just kill all of the rest, a probably ineffective tool outside of mechanical PoE), VCA = vote count analysis (looking at previous vote counts and speculating alignments off them), and WKING = whiteknighting (defending someone without really understanding the reason they're under attack, at least according to Urban Dictionary). Very few of these seem applicable to my play at the moment.<Embrace The Void>

Otherwise, glad to see the fantastic wagons being accumulated. I'm happy with my seat on the Ben one, seriously hypothesizing a jester does strike me as scum!him dropping a township.
The setup speculation is good. We need to place more faith in our town PRs to not out themselves while we discuss it. On the other hand, we shouldn't condone avoidance of reads while discussing it *cough* Vortuka *sneeze*.
If that wasn't Vortuka, I blame the names in this game being kind of a mesh right now. I need to form separate identities for each of you, could you all start acting distinctively please?
I'll join in myself on this setup discussion, just give me a few weeks to do some comprehensive research on the role combinations and possible reactions from scum.
I don't remember who suggested it, but I've spread out my sentences onto separate lines of this post.
It's really a breath of fresh air actually, and opened my eyes to the art of structuring a post and forming clear consise
paragraphs.

The way Vorkuta discusses it and the tone he uses is towny for me. But the act itself of discussing the setup is NAI.

Yep, it's not really a substantial read. I townlean him for tone/genuineness and that's about it right now.In post 245, Elements wrote:
This seems like an excuse to town read Vorkuta. The "two" reasons you've given to townread them are the same - "way" and "tone".In post 188, Hoptic wrote: Townreading Vortuka for setup spec. Though, having thought about it again, I don't think that alone is a good reason.
The way Vorkuta discusses it and the tone he uses is towny for me. But the act itself of discussing the setup is NAI.
Scum could certainly use it to pick up free town points while also fishing for town PRs based on how people contribute to the discussion.

Gamma's recent posts are chuck full of LAMIST WIFOM OMGUS ATE elements and I think we can POE lynch him now based on VCA and WKING.
Essay is on the horizon.

167 has a random line break, why? This isn't scummy but it's weird.
168 seems extremely self conscious, like I understand that post but there's too much space dedicated to making sure the potential slip is viewed as NAI.
171 has 2 issues, the names dropped making no sense, and continuing to say "township" despite being aware of the typo.
175 I initially interpreted as saying "This post is from Norwegian", but I'm probably wrong.
178, what??? This is out of left field. This type of thing is why I feel like it could be trolling.
185, what's the point of this post?
188, Elements might have a point.
258 is deliberately abusing buzzwords to state a read contrary to what Hectic actually thinks.
Like I have Asperger's so despite being 19 I probably have the sense of humor of a 67 year old man if I'm not primed to receive humor. And as we're playing a deception game I have to read into things, and my read on what you are doing is it is you acting like a clown to obfuscate any malicious intent. Like I'm trying to use Hanlon's Razor here, but change stupidity to attempts at humor.<Embrace The Void>

It feels like obfuscation of his play, which is my main issue. In post 293, RCEnigma wrote:I also don't know what you're getting at with the typo thing. How is that significant?<Embrace The Void>

I mean it seems Hectic is just joking around anywayIn post 296, RCEnigma wrote:Fair, I assumed that was the overall point I just didn't know how the typo tied in.
I'd agree there. It feels similar to the avengers Hydra in Pokemon fusion. Just that one of the Hydra heads advertised they would probably open wolf which is ehhh.<Embrace The Void>

I don't really agree with the tris read bit also the reads seemed poorly thought out by how they were written. Short explanations that don't really say much. Doesn't make Vorkuta scum but it does make me doubt his read quality. In post 304, Hoptic wrote:Any you specifically disagreed with or all of them? Assuming this refers to 132. I think his behavior around the wagons was towny, specifically his support of having them. I guess that actually was influenced by meta because I recall the same from him in other games. But it's also good looking to me outside of the metasphere. In post 313, Hoptic wrote:Where's the Penguin read coming from.<Embrace The Void>
