The only problem I could see with the Start again card is that's there won't be any cards left in the deck once the subgame finishes. But that's not actually a problem.

I don't understand the broader point of the card well enough to answer the question. I guess if you think whatever effect an unknown card in the stack might have is worth 5 of your points, then interact with it, otherwise ignore it?
